Brilliant location on Ollerton Hill with views over the river mersey and ship canal .10 min walk into Frodsham
The spa facilities are really good and the restaurant was reasonably priced

Lovely little hotel in beautiful surrounding. Fro sham is a lovely place and the staff were excellent. Really enjoyed my stay!

There needs to be more food choice. Maintence IE change or repairs to doors or radiators should not be carried whilst guests are relaxing, working or having a late sleep in. On 2 occasions maintence staff worked for several hours ruining my stay. Very very noisey.

Love the location and peacefulness of this hotel. Rooms are big and quiet, bonus if a pool and gym.

The hotel is very dated quite dark decor. Staff are friendly. Room was dated and dark but sacious. The temp in room was sooo high! So hot all night even with windows open and a fan on full blast. It was unhealthy. No sleep all night because of heat and the hard pillows and uncomfortable mattress. Our necks are still hurting now. We stayed here on Friday 26th July. Won’t be returning anytime soon.

Lovely location and beautiful views, nice large bedroom, very clean, beds comfortable, plenty of storage space, tv had channels that actually worked, bathroom clean and shower was good, lots of towels , didn’t use the leisure facilities but looked busy with people coming and going

We had a great stay at the hotel. The staff provided excellent service from the time we arrived. They were very helpful when answering ou questions.
The room was clean and tidy along with all communal areas albeit the rooms decor was dated.

Thank you for a very nice stay at your hotel this week. We stayed here as part of a private coach trip & found this lovely hotel had smashing views, the staff were helpful & well trained. Yes the room we had was dated but it was clean & had everything we wanted in it. The food was nice as well despite catering for large party of people with a choice from 3 items per starter, main & dessert Once again thank you Forest Hills
