Sono stato al Testani per motivi di lavoro, soggiornando per periodi prolungati. Senza ombra di dubbio un'oasi di salvezza a Frosinone. Struttura moderna e di qualità, ma la differenza la fa sicuramente il personale, cordiale, attento e pronto a gestire e risolvere ogni esigenza. In particolare un affettuoso encomio è dedicato a Sara: unica e insostituibile. Brava!

Une chambre très propre et un service agréable. Les deux seuls défauts : la climatisation qui ne refroidissait pas en plus de faire beaucoup de bruit, et les portes des chambres très fines qui laissent passer le moindre bruit. Nous avons également mangé au restaurant, les pâtes étaient très bonnes mais nous vous déconseillons la viande qui était très dure et servie froide. Ps : prévoyez la voiture car très peu de commerces autour.

L'anziano viaggiatore soggiorna in questo albergo ristorante per un giorno. Tocchi di eleganza sobria qua e là nell'ingresso. Non mancano però piccoli inconvenienti. Chiedi una camera tranquilla, e ti trovi in una stanza sopra un cortile un po' deprimente. La rubinetteria appare bisognosa di restauri, le tapparelle della finesttra non si chiudono del tutto, lasciando pertanto di notte arrivare luci fastidiose. Ma in compenso il clima intorno risulta allegro, familistico, perché il gestore, Emilio, che ama il suo lavoro evidentemente, ha saputo comunicare intorno a sè sicurezza e entusiasmo. Non per nulla, tutto il personale risponde con una cordialità contagiosa. Nella hall disegnano le sue nipotine e da loro rimbalza un clima festivo, pre-natalizio. Poi, a cena, nel ristorante dell'hotel esplode un'incredibile qualità del cibo, proposto da un autentivo personaggio teatrale, Angelo dalle infinite arguzie, e Olga, la fiera ucraina dai dolci sorrisi. E così si susseguono via via gli antipasti di pesce, tra cui un polipetto imbevuto di salsa di pomodoro, linguine al totano freschissime e perfette nella cottura, mentre una bianca Passerina rinfresca i sapori, e nel congedo un passatello si accompagna bene con dolcetti appena sfornati tra cui biscotti al vino. Il breakfast della mattina conferma infine l'impressione dell'accuratezza professionale dell'ambiente.
