Suite Testani

Testani Suite: congratulations!!!! Excellent structure! Clean, spacious room with everything you need! The well-kept exterior, lots of greenery and a fabulous swimming pool! An oasis of relaxation! Average breakfast; not much choice! We could do more!

I arrive at the hotel at around 6.30pm, the room is spacious but very poorly maintained, the phone and PC are out of charge, I go to plug it in but the socket is Schuko type, not suitable for my battery charger. I call the reception at 6.40pm explaining the problem, the answer: At the moment I can't leave because I'm alone, as soon as my colleague comes back we'll take care of it. I politely responded by saying it wasn't a problem. At 8.00 pm still nothing, I called back saying that I was starting to have a certain need to work with the PC since I had to prepare an important job for the following morning. The same person replied, also quite annoyed that he was still alone. I always kindly pointed out that I was starting to feel a certain urgency and that the work to prepare was quite demanding. The boy assured me that they would be there within half an hour. 9.15pm while I was calling back for the third time, there was a knock on the door.... Finally... I went to plug in the socket and it wasn't adaptable either, I went out immediately but there was no one left. I called back immediately and they guaranteed me that they would have someone back within 10 minutes. I called back at 10.45pm, quite upset and I was told that they didn't have an adaptable plug. Altered as a hyena, I reiterated that if they hadn't solved the problem within 15 minutes I would have taken legal action. At 11.20 they return for the third time with another hold, unbelievable, this last one also not adaptable. Moral of the story; at 11.45am I had to repack my bags and move by car to the main location, fortunately turn on the PC and work until 2.00 in the morning.

Quando abbiamo prenotato per la suite testani dai video si vedevano camere belle e confortevoli in piu' ci si poteva utilizzare la piscina esterna ( vedi foto) invece ci hanno rifilato in una mansarda per nani (con tutto il rispetto) da premettere che mia moglie ha specificato che soffre di claustrofobia, quando abbiamo preso possesso abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni la recepition ci ha detto che non avevano piu camere almeno che non saremmo tornati in albergo, decidiamo di restare . Quando abbiamo lasciato la struttura siamo andati a pagare(grande errore) perchè troppo onesti o fessi, ci ha ricontattato la responsabile in serata dicendo che le dispiace dell'accaduto e che la colpa era del dipendente ma senza fare accenno di un rimborso ma solo di un sconto su un eventuale ritorno .
