The room were comfy and clean. But our room didn’t get any sun on the balcony at all and at this time of year you need it. Had to pay more money to get moved to the other side. On the 4th floor we had a sea view but the noise from the bars underneath is dreadful so hope you don’t have young children. Unfortunately the pool was closed but there wasn’t even anywhere to sunbathe which I found the worst thing tbh.

Buena situación, con respecto al paseo marítimo y la playa. Pero peor imposible. Hotel muy grande, muy dejado, la habitación correcta. Desayuno bueno, cena y almuerzo muy muy básico. Lo peor, y por lo que NO os lo recomiendo ni pienso volver. Ruido insoportable, las discotecas música a tope, y gente en la calle gritando, y hablamos de enero, no quiero imaginar en verano. Soy asiduo visitante de la costa del sol, y aún más de Fuengirola, he estado en muchos hoteles de allí, pero ninguno tan malo y ruidoso No tendrá toda la culpa el hotel, pero si puede ver si vas de juerga o no, las habitaciones al lado de la nuestra jóvenes pegando voces de madrugada. ( que está muy bien que disfruten, pero que respeten) y si el hotel sabe que van a divertirse, que ubique a familias en otra zona. Piscina enana. Yo he ido por que tenia curiosidad de este hotel. Pero desde luego no volveré jamás.

We stayed 16/12 - 26/12/24 and loved it. Location is excellent, right on the port side and we caught the train from Málaga airport then walked just 7 minutes to the hotel. Room 425 had an amazing view right down the beach front, only downside was it wasn't in the sun at any time in the winter months so it was quite cold on the balcony. Our room wasn't really warm enough and after speaking to reception about this twice, we were given an electric radiator which just about took the chill off. Although the pool was closed for winter, we were able to use the sunbeds to sit on the warm sunshine! We were half board and found the food to be excellent. Always hot and fresh with a superb variety to feed even the fussiest. You can help yourself to wine with the evening meal too! The bar area was cosy for such a big hotel and we took advantage of happy hour 6-7pm with a Tia Maria BOGOF for 4.50€ We didn't go for the advertised evening entertainment so I'm not even sure there was any, we could only hear noise from the few bars across the road. All staff were cheerful and worked hard and were very attentive. We would definitely come again. Thank you from Rosemarie and mum

Not a 4 star hotel by any stretch of the imagination! Threadbare carpets, noise from rooms and corridors all night, shocking walls in need of decoration, empty corridors! Food shocking, scrambled eggs like powder, no proper tea! Beds and pillows awful, really have nothing good to say. Back in the 70s maybe a real treat, not in 2024!! Even the Xmas tree looked forlorn’

It is not a 5-star hotel, but it is definitely worth recommending. We had a beautiful view, the rooms were clean, the food was ok. The service was very nice and helpful. I do not understand these negative comments... for this kind of money the hotel meets its standards..

Can't fault the overall cleanliness however the carpets in the corridors are worn and patched up in places. The walls have missing pieces of plaster and could do with renovation. Room was passable but no little extras. In the information on their site, the hotel lists a number of tv channels available but there was only one English speaking channel that we could get and this was a news programme concentrating on the wars in Syria and Israel. When we queried this we were given conflicting information. Although there was a choice of meat, fish, pasta, and salad every day there was little variety day to day. The food was invariably cold. Deserts were the same every day. Entertainment was pretty mediocre. All in all quite disappointing

The pillow ere the worst I've ever used. And the pool was shut. They shouldn't advertise a pool if not in us. Also the hotel needs redecorating in rooms and hall ways . How ever bar staff were very helpful and friendly. Connor was very friendly to all holiday's but never let me play with his balls haha
