3rd time at the stella maris...i have no idea where these bad review are coming from for this place, its an absolute gem of a place to stay, across the road from the beach, views are unreal, place is cleaned every single day. honest book up here if your heading to fuengirola, large mercadona around the corner, train stations to visdit other places 10 minutes walk away, love stella maris and will be back next year.

House keeping absolutely disgusting, floor not washed in 2 weeks, dirty towels picked up and put back out ,bed not made just pulled up, kitchen equipment very basic,front desk not very helpful very rude.onthe plus side the views are outstanding.

Lovely modern apartment, had a two bedroom and the view off the balcony were insane. The whole apartment block itself was clean and always smelling nice. Next to all amenities, the beach over the road, a nice little bar downstairs and a huge supermarket just at the back. Only downsides, the air con was leaking water into buckets that had to be emptied twice a day or the balcony was flooded, the shower screen was hanging off and we were charged 20 euro for a spare key as there was four of us and we needed one. Besides these few things we would recommend

Excellent Apartments, had a 2 bed apartment and it was fantastic. Lovely spacious living area , great balcony Lovely view. Cleaned almost every day. Location Excellent do central. 3rd time st stay here and love it.staff very nice and helpful.

Fantastic apartments, can't recommend enough! We were in room 1212. Fantastic size of apartment, best view I've ever had! Everything we needed in the apartment (no iron but we take our own). Found ITV and BBC1 on the tv (also few more English channels). Great wifi reception in apartment Shower was brilliant! Unfortunately the beds aren't very comfortable, these could be improved. Cleaning staff were friendly and done a great job. Nice small pool. Apartments were lovely and quiet. Location is perfect! Big supermarket round the corner, lots of lovely places near to eat , drink and take away
