The only pleaent thing there was the cleanliness, but i highly don't recommend it for anyone who intend to visit Madrid daily, the transportation is very long and really hard to find any help

Bad experience. I feel cheated. We stayed with 3 adults and a baby. They charge us €45 once we arrive at the hotel. They say that the application does not inform them about the baby's reservation. Lie. Call them personally to request the crib. We pay. Once the stay is complete, I complain through Trip and they tell them that this charge is for the crib (on the phone they say it is free) and for the parking (we do not park at the Hotel).
A 10 for Trip. 0 for the Hotel.
Regrettable.

No vale la pena, mala atención, no funcionaba ascensor, ni el aire acondicionado, no se preocuparon de nada. Está mal cuidado, sin mantenimiento. Al requerir las averías respondían con "yo no soy técnico", "que quiere que yo haga", "si no le gusta váyase a otro hotel". El ambiente es de trabajadores del polígono de la zona.

Pésimo hotel, reservamos dos habitaciones para el fin de semana, y con 30 grados en Madrid ,no funciona el aire acondicionado, solo la calefacción y con arañas en las habitaciónes como tarántulas y la solución q nos dan después de pasar la primera noche sin pegar ojo es q nos busquemos otro hotel
