I have no choice but to contact Trip.com to intervene in communication, but in the end, the room manager still said that after coming, I could not solve the refund of my room fee... Seriously, It is very important to rest well when you go out, let alone when you are extremely unwell, no one wants to find trouble, refunding fees is not the purpose, and the attitude of solving problems is particularly important.
