The stay was excellent. Location was nice and good view to both sides, open view and there is no blockage of view by building. We booked for the peak time and there were rush for check-in, however the Manager assisted in between to help the check-in staff and he took initiative to add more supporting staff to control the rush. Unfortunately, I couldn't get his name. The breakfast restaurant was good and nice food. They had pool, sauna, Jacuzzi and gym The staff are good; only we found the cleaning team missed to clear the trash, which i reminded them and they did. Might be because of busy schedule due to full occupancy of the hotel. The hotel is connected to Fujairah mall, and is easy to access the outlets. Also, they have valet parking and also underground free parking. Totally we were impressed with the stay.

Good location and nice

Not a good stay and the breakfast is very bad not good and not fresh and there’s expired food.

Receptionist is a very nice lady well mannered and very polite. It was a nice pleaasure stay esp its conmected in a mall.

The hotel itself is located near the highway, the view from our room was of the mountains, very beautiful. The hotel is connected to a store where you can buy ready-made food, salads, meat, fish from different cuisines of the world))) a huge variety of cuts from fruits, vegetables, etc. We had a superior category room, large, with a panoramic window, absolutely everything for comfort, we had separate beds, very comfortable.

In the city, convenient and well-equipped Reasonable price

Took over 45 minutes to be checked in. Takes 3 calls or more to receive any service. Girls at the front desk were very rude, do not acknowledge you or offer any assistance. Room was filthy, windows have never been cleaned, could not see out the window, lobby area had food crumbs on the sofa for 2 days. Pool area was disgusting, never been mopped. We had a blocked sink in our bathroom, the engineer plugged tissue in the over flow hole and said he fixed the issue. Sofa bed was bent and out of shape, gave my kids a back ache. If you are use to 5 star hotel and service this place is not the right place for you !! Waste of time and money staying, would never return.
