A delay in the check-in procedures for more than two hours.. Very old furniture and the TV.. Musty smell in the room and I did not complete my stay because of the bad smell in the corridor and room

The stay supposed to be 2 separate rooms but the other room has a smoking room which we don’t like. We booked online via Fazaa originally but when we finally decided to use our Fazaa, they said it’s already discounted. I don’t think so, because it’s still expensive. 1,300 for a family room? Still without breakfast? I find it very expensive. They said Etihad discount doesn’t apply to the weekends as well. Anyway, parking is fine but two way. And the bed and pillow were comfortable. Also I smell a little iron in the water of the sink.

Very bad service. People in the lobby will fully ignore you hoping they get rid of serving you. Also, it is normal to wait for 30 minutes until some one serves you. When I asked for the manager to complain, a polite gentle man came but he was not the manager. And when the duty manager came after another 30 minutes he gave me the impression that he don't have time to listen. He was just apologising without showing any interest yo know what happened. In summary, it is quite likely that you will be FULLY ignored I. This place.

Warm welcome provided by Ms. Eiman. Tvs in the room are bit old. All other things were good. Good breakfast, wide variety. The hotel is in the center and everything is close to the hotel, restaurants, mall, lulu center, etc.. Looking forward to come back.
