The forest villa has unmelted snow, the air is excellent, the room is large, and it is very pet-friendly. Almost all other places in Japan bring puppies. The hot spring is not too convenient, but I am very satisfied with everything else, especially the teppanyaki dinner.

There is a microwave, refrigerator, and fireplace. The room also has floor heating. It is beyond expectations. The one I stayed in is considered a resort, with one building and guest rooms next door and on the second floor. The restaurant is in the main building, check-in is also in the main building, and there is a shuttle bus to Kawaguchiko Station

The hotel service staff is very poor. There is no phone in the hotel. What should I do if I need something? However, the breakfast is good and the view towards Mount Tofuji is superb. The hotel list states that you can borrow a meal cooker, but I was disappointed that I couldn't borrow one.

It was my first time to stay here, and I was a little worried because I hadn't seen other reviews before. But I really didn’t expect it. The experience here was completely beyond my expectation! Each small villa is spacious and comfortable, with complete facilities. Even the bathrooms are so luxurious, which surprised me. And although the nearby hot spring is not big, it is kept clean and tidy, and the bar next to it is a plus! Every dish at dinner was unique, especially the meltingly tender steak, which made me hooked. Also, the hotel is really close to Mount Fuji. The fresh air in the morning and the authentic breakfast made me feel even more happy. In short, I was pleasantly surprised by my stay this time. The price/performance ratio is really high. I will recommend this hotel to everyone without hesitation!

My dog ​​often gets restless when eating at restaurants, so I chose to have him eat in his room in a dinner box, but the quality of the food was higher than I expected, and I was able to enjoy the meal. Also, we were asked to leave the tableware as it was after we checked out (perhaps the inn wanted to cut down on work), but for those of us who were drinking and having a leisurely meal, we were told to leave the dishes as they were. I didn't have to worry about the time and it was the best service. This is probably because the spacious floor plan allows for a dedicated dining space. By the way, I had breakfast at a restaurant, but perhaps because I had chosen to have dinner in my room, when I actually went there, they had prepared a private room for me, so I was able to enjoy my meal in peace. The menu is structured like a course meal starting in the morning, and I was able to enjoy it more than I expected.

It was highly rated on other review sites and the price was high, so I had high expectations and booked the Dog Village where you can stay with your dog. First of all, the room I was shown to was very musty. (It may have been cleaned, but the same goes for the toilet and sink area.) There was a strong smell at night and I couldn't sleep well. Also, I was staying on the second floor. The footsteps of the other person are echoing and it is noisy. I don't know if it's because of the age or maybe the location of the room I chose was out of the ordinary, but I feel sad that I went out of my way to choose a cottage. Also, at breakfast, I was asked about the scheduled check-out time and received instructions on how to pay for each room. The person in charge who came after the scheduled time said that the front desk was crowded...The payment procedure with a card was done in a clerical manner similar to a courier service at the door, and the bill was folded into three and handed over. I wondered if they were so pressed for time, but I had reserved a souvenir from the hotel for dinner, so when I asked about it, they said, ``Oh, yes.'' Yes...this payment will be made in cash. I'll bring you the change now. (He left the place and went back to get it, so it seemed like he had forgotten about it.) I was just dumbfounded by this turn of events. Last but not least, the teppanyaki course for dinner at the restaurant was very delicious and the staff had a great atmosphere. Other than that, it's a very disappointing impression.
