Very nice hotel with great hospitality. The outdoor onsen is amazing and provides lake views that you may see many swans swimming on the mirror-like water surface.

The ryokan is old style but clean. Staff there are polite and friendly. I have booked the room with “open bath”, but I have been told there’s no such type of room upon check in. Initially, I felt disappointed but quickly trip.com solved the problem before I made complaint. Anyway, the whole stay is pleasant.

Booked this for our honeymoon plus birthday trip! Very nice stay, good experience! The view in hotel is niceeee. Altho no Fuji view from our room.. but the overall experience, the food -dinner and breakfast both amazing, and the hotspring are all very nice. Oh we used their shuttle service to pick us up too! The staff in station help us make a phone call and they come shortly after. Good service.

This is traditional Japanese's style hotel. Room is big as we have 3 people together. room are face to the lake, but side window can see Fuji Mountain in the next day morning. also, Hotel top roof can see the Fuji Mountain. Dinner and breakfast are very good. staff are nice and helpful. most of staff can speak very well English. there are 2 hot springs: one is on top floor, and one is at ground floor. Top floor hop spring with nice lake view. Hotels have shuttle bus for pick up Guest from Station to Hotel, Green line bus also have stop Infront of hotel. Anyway, it is very nice experience for stay at this hotel.

The hotel is a 7-minute drive from Lake Kawaguchi. There is a parking lot, or you can go to the Lake Kawaguchi Information Center to ask for help from the staff and call the hotel to send a hotel car to pick you up. It will arrive within 10 days, which is very convenient. The hotel runs a bus to Kawaguchiko Station every half hour from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. When you come back, you can call them back to the hotel as before, which is very considerate. The breakfast and dinner meals are exquisite and delicious, and a separate room is prepared for dinner, where you can enjoy the delicious food slowly, which is full of style. We booked for three days and two nights, and their breakfast and dinner for two days were not enough, which surprised us. The hot spring hotel has a basement bath and an open-air hot spring on the fifth floor. Personally, I always like the open air, without the feeling of being baked, and they have an open-air hot spring where you can watch Mount Fuji and soak in the hot spring. It is very enjoyable! In addition, the hotel has a paid hot spring, and you can soak in the hot spring of Mount Fuji within half an hour. Most of the staff are polite, but not everyone at the front desk understands English. The only strange thing is that trip.com has already charged the full fee, but when I checked out, the front desk asked me to pay the full fee again. I gave the online bank statement to prove that the full fee was paid, and they spent a lot of time calling trip.com. . It turned out that the previous fee was a deposit, and we had to pay the hotel again. After 7 to 14 days, trip.com would refund the full deposit fee. I personally think this is a bit redundant. Other hotels do not need this procedure when booking through trip.com. The front desk requires She felt a little reluctant to call trip.com for us, as if we were troubling her, which made me feel that the hotel had deducted points.

The room is very spacious, with a lake view and Lake Kawaguchi outside the window. After arriving at Kawaguchiko Station, you can ask the staff at the tourist center to contact the hotel to arrange a car to pick you up. There will be matcha snacks when you arrive at the hotel. The hot spring on the first floor is indoors, and the hot spring on the fifth floor is outdoor. The observation deck is on the fifth floor, but pay attention to the opening hours. Dinner is kaiseki cuisine, which is very exquisite.

Location: The hotel is not close to the station, but there is a shuttle. From the hotel to the station, the hotel has a shuttle bus every half hour; from the station to the hotel, before 6PM, call the station's payphone (110 yen) and call the hotel. The shuttle will take about 10 minutes and you will be picked up at bus stop 10. Cleanliness: Very clean and comfortable. Service: Excellent, welcome meals will be provided when checking in. Facilities: There is a terrace with a view of Mount Fuji on the 6th floor; an outdoor hot spring with a view of Mount Fuji on the 5th floor; a breakfast place on the 2nd floor; and an indoor hot spring area on the first floor. Travelers can take the shuttle service provided by the hotel or the Lake Kawaguchi green bus line to reach the hotel. In terms of food, breakfast and dinner are very rich and taste good. The hotel staff are very kind and attentive. Overall, very satisfied.

The food can be improved, but it may not be as good as it tastes. The hotel has a beautiful environment and a quiet neighborhood. There is free parking. There is a lake view from the hotel, and the environment is comfortable. Overall, it was good. I booked the hot spring room and it was super comfortable. I will want to come back many times. You can see Mount Fuji from the observation deck on the fifth floor. The scenery is first-rate, a must-go for taking photos.
