Not wheelchair friendly but the stairs were fairly easy to climb. Unmanned lodging so the staff may reply to your messages a bit late if there’s an emergency. Directly behind a convenience store.

Very good location, convenient travel by Red line. Easy to walk and see the lake view. The room is spacious and clean. The bedroom window also has a view of Fuji.

This is a self-service hotel in Lake Kawaguchi. There are no hotel waiters from beginning to end. Check-in and check-out must be done by yourself. It is right by Lake Kawaguchi. There are seven 11 and Family Mart at the door, so it is very convenient to buy breakfast and snacks. The RED bus line (15 stops) is right at the door, and the price-performance ratio is also very high.

Located in the north of Lake Kawaguchi, it felt a bit out of the way on the first day. On the second day, I found that the online celebrity check-in shop was just a five-minute walk away. I was pleasantly surprised. The art gallery and music hall are all around, and it is only 200 meters away from Lake Kawaguchi. The hotel itself is a bit old, but very clean, you can't wear shoes, the room is big enough, there is a microwave, the reception staff are very attentive

The room is big enough, Japanese style and Western style at the same time. The view is beautiful, the room overlooks Mount Fuji, and there are two convenience stores downstairs, so convenient! The staff are friendly and their English is ok, so there is no problem in communication

The hot water in the shower does not come out properly. It was the extreme of hot water or cold water. The water pressure was weak because the water came out, and it took a long time to shower. I use a tablet for check-in. It took a long time because it was hard to hit and it was very fine. I think it would have been dangerous if I had put up with the toilet. There was also a room for three people, so it was very spacious. It was easy to stay except for the shower. It was nice to have a convenience store in front of me.
