Transportation and lobby
It was raining heavily on the day of check-in. When you go to Kawaguchiko Station, you can go to the service desk to help notify the hotel to arrange pick-up and drop-off. The pick-up and drop-off colleagues were very polite. After arrival, we will arrange refreshments during the CHECK-IN period, which is a very considerate arrangement. There is also a small shop in the lobby selling souvenirs, vending machines and hot springs. During CHECK-OUT, the hotel also has a bus to Kawaguchiko, with an average bus every half hour.
spa
There are two hot springs in the hotel. The hot spring in the lobby has an open-air hot spring. However, it rained heavily on the day we checked in, so we had to go to the indoor hot spring. However, it was not very special and the hot spring water was not hot enough. The other hot spring is entirely indoors on the 5th floor. It has a massage pool and the hot spring water is hot enough. On a good day, you can see Mount Fuji. As far as hot spring hotels are concerned, both hot springs are a bit small.
Room
We stayed in a Japanese-style room on the third floor. Of course we chose this room so that we could see Mount Fuji as soon as we opened the curtains. Although it rained heavily on the first day, I was fortunate to see Mount Fuji the next morning. It was very spectacular! The room is large and has Japanese-style tatami mats. It is clean, but the charging station is a bit inconvenient near the window. In addition, I don't know if it was due to the heavy rain that day, but I smelled a strong musty smell every time I left the room. Overall, the oil shop and the rooms have a bit of a historical feel.
Meals
Dinner: Dishes sourced from Yamanashi Prefecture and using seasonal ingredients. Every time a dish is served, the staff will introduce it. The whole environment allows you to enjoy each dish slowly.
Breakfast: It is a buffet style with a wide variety of food, which is worthy of praise.
