I only had contact with the staff at check-in, but they were nice. The bed and desk were big, so I thought the room was very convenient. I had assumed that I would be able to see Mt. Fuji outside, but that was disappointing... The size of the bath was quite different from what I saw on the website, and it was quite small, which was disappointing.
