Absolutely amazing, I recommend this to anyone coming to Fuji. You can get a bus to the fujinomiya trail from the fujinomiya station situated very close to the hotel. The inside is really clean with various amenities. The ladies who own the place are an absolute joy. I even got a lift to the bus station and they tried to help me find a place where I can rent a motorbike. I got a room with a futon, ac, table and a bin. It was spacious. Will book again if I'll be back.

It was by far the worst accommodation I've stayed in while traveling for over 10 years. There aren't many accommodations in Fujinomiya itself, and I made my reservation late, so I had no choice, so I booked this place. I usually prefer relatively cheap and not bad accommodations rather than neat and expensive hotels, but this accommodation was terrible. No matter how blurry your eyes try to see, there is a lot of dust accumulated in the room, bathroom, sink, washing machine, etc., pillows and duvet covers that you don't know when were washed, the refrigerator that smells bad when you open the door, the shampoo and conditioner bottles that look very old... I was really offended. On the last night, cockroaches came out of the room and there was a fuss with the owner and his wife trying to catch them. I just wanted to check out as soon as possible. It seems like the owner and his wife live on the second floor, but I don't know why they don't take care of it. It seems like a good place to stay for about 2000 yen per room per night. For reference, we booked a family room (6 futon sets) for 2 people, but we were given a room that seemed like it could fit 3 blankets.

The boss lady's service attitude was extremely poor, and overall it didn't look like a normal hotel at all. First of all, the place we stayed was far from the registration location, and the boss lady had to drive us there. We went to a house that didn't look like a hotel at all. I asked her if she had toothbrushes, towels, and Wi-Fi, and she told me with a very bad attitude that there was nothing! I complained that night, and when she picked us up the next day, her attitude was very bad. She asked me where the remote control of the air conditioner in the living room was. I said I didn't know, but she insisted that it must be me who turned on the air conditioner? The fact is that we didn't turn on the air conditioner in the living room the night before, and can't you turn on the air conditioner in the hotel at home? ? I have lived in Japan for several years and have never seen such an uncultured boss. I argued with her for a few words, and finally the boss lady said directly: Chinese people hate it! I can't imagine what a store owner who makes money from the Chinese can say. If you have a backbone, don't make money from the Chinese. It's really low-level to scold customers while making money. I gave 1 point entirely because the old boss is quite enthusiastic and has a good personality, and the old lady is completely unreasonable.

It looks peaceful and quiet. It's a house the owner rents himself. It's like being in a private, natural home. Everything is utensils for cooking and eating. There are bicycles for driving to see the shrine. Mount Fuji in full view is good as a whole.
