Pacific Coast Enoshima by Tranova

The hotel is quite close to the sea, and the entrance is a bit hidden, right next to a dessert shop. However, there are no signs, so it's essential to check the email beforehand, as it provides photo and text guidance for self-check-in since there's no staff. Don't arrive too early; they might not be able to store your luggage or let you check in before the official time, which is usually 3 PM in Japan. Apart from the air conditioning, which is a bit old, noisy, and doesn't get warm enough, everything else in the room is great. There are plenty of large beds, an open-plan kitchen, a sofa, a TV, a washing machine, and an outdoor balcony. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it very convenient. Transportation is also easily accessible.

設備は人感センサーなどで便利で子供を抱っこしていると自宅と一緒で助かりましたが、清掃面が大きなマイナス点です。 洗濯機のカビであったり、エアコンのホコリとカビ、レンジフードや冷蔵庫の上のホコリ、床の角などに髪の毛など、他のエリアでもマンションタイプの宿泊施設をお借りしますが、今回が清掃面では一番悪かったと感じています。 立地的にいい場所なので、改善されればもっとお客様に喜ばれるかと思います。（特に日本人には）
