The only drawback is that breakfast is really too early, and dinner must be eaten before 7 o'clock. I can't get up early and I don't experience it at all.

The most expensive hotel we stayed in during this trip, but it was also the best hotel experience. It was well worth the price. We are a family of three. Although it can accommodate three people, there are only two beds in the bedroom. Although it is not facing directly, the view is not blocked and you can see it intuitively; The room has its own bath, and you can enjoy Mount Fuji while soaking in the hot spring; the washing space is also large, with two sinks and a dressing table; Although the room I booked has its own bath, I still recommend going to the open-air bath on the 10th floor of the hotel. It has a superb view of Mount Fuji and can enjoy Mount Fuji from the front. However, the opening hours are limited, and men and women are open at different times. During my stay, at 3 p.m. It is open to girls from 6:00 to 6:30, and to boys from 6:00 to 10:00 in the morning. It rotates once a month. If you are only staying for one night, it is recommended to check in at 3:00 in the afternoon to ensure that you do not miss the hot spring on the 10th floor. Of course, there is also a public bath on the first floor, which is divided into two areas for men and women. The outdoor pool can also see Mount Fuji, but the view is limited. Hygiene: The room is clean and tidy. The only drawback is that there is hair and dust in the water outlet of the bathtub in the room. Environment: The exterior of the hotel looks a bit old, but the inside is very new and should be renovated; the hotel has a large Japanese-style courtyard where you can take a walk. Yamanashi Lounge: The booked room type includes the use of Yamanashi Lounge and private lounge. After soaking in the hot spring, you can enjoy free drinks, wine, desserts, etc., with no limit on the number of times, but please pay attention to the business hours. Dinner: We have a reservation for dinner, a separate room, and a dedicated lady to receive us. The lady can communicate in English and the communication is smooth; the dinner tastes good and rich, and because there is a dedicated lady, we basically finished one dish When we ask for a dish, she can serve us the next dish right away and we won’t have to wait for a long time. Although the platform got the wrong room type at first, the customer service guy communicated with me in time and helped me rebook. The platform paid the difference and helped me switch to a suite, which was an unexpected surprise. The communication on the platform was very timely and provided good solutions. The final check-in was smooth. The family members are also very satisfied with their stay. They said that if they come to Japan to soak in hot springs and see Mount Fuji next time, they are willing to stay in this hotel and this room type. Hygiene is average, the quilt is separated by a sheet. I feel it's not hygienic enough. The location is very good, you can go directly to the subway station and the outlet without getting off the overpass.
