the service is very excellent, good food and public bath. Enjoy Drumming show and BINGO game in the night time. all facilities are excellent and clean, very good for family to relax with natural view.

we booked this place 3 months in advance and yet the ones we wanted are already sold out. we settled for a different kind. The service here was immaculate. The course dinner and buffet breakfast was decent. We were unfortunate that during our 1 night stay here it rained and we could not see Mt Fuji. There is also a wine lounge and a drum show and bingo game at night.

Wonderful Japanese garden in the hotel! Overall services is s good, special thanks to Mr. 田中in helping me to buy tickets back Tokyo!

Go early because there will be no light shining on your face in the front position. Pay attention to the opening hours of the large bath on the first floor and the open-air bath on the tenth floor. The open-air bath for men is at night and the open-air bath for women is the next morning. You cannot take pictures. I took a picture at six in the morning when there was no one. The hotel provides a pick-up service. To save time, I took a taxi from Kawaguchiko Station for less than 4,000 yen for 6.1 kilometers. I took the hotel bus every half an hour, stopping at Fujisan Station first and then Kawaguchiko Station. As an old Japanese hot spring hotel, this experience was mainly amazing for the food, and everything else was mediocre.

The environment is very beautiful and comfortable, and the service quality is also excellent. It is about 2-3 kilometers away from the nearest train station. You need to book a shuttle bus with the hotel to go to and from the train station.
