Great location, lots of great restaurants and stores close by. The hotel is super clean and very welcoming. The staff at front desk are very helpful. I wasn’t super into the Japanese breakfast but they did have a good selection which changed most days. The rooms are a decent (for Japan) size. Would definitely recommend and will be back!

A very good value for money hotel, less than 500 HKD has natural hot springs and breakfast, its curry rice is delicious, the lobby also provides coffee tea and mask available, parking space is provided free of charge

The old building has clean facilities so there is no problem. The fact that there are a lot of parking spaces is a good thing. The rooms are spacious so you can relax.

The hotel is very close to the outlet and can be reached in 10 minutes. The hotel has free hot springs and parking lot.

As the hotel was near the interchange, access was a priority, so I didn't have high expectations for the facilities and services, but the facilities were new, with a free coffee server in the lobby, amenities available for pickup next to the front desk, a double bed that doesn't feel cramped even if two people sleep together, indoor wear that can be worn in the lobby, a hot spring bath that makes your skin smooth, a simple but delicious free breakfast, and right in front of me was a roadside station filled with fresh vegetables 🥦 and flowers 🌸. Despite being understaffed, it was efficiently run and I was able to stay there with a better impression than I expected. Thank you. However, I was a little bothered by the smell of cigarettes in the hallway.

It was very clean and beautiful. The breakfast was delicious. I would like to stay at this hotel again when I am in the area. I would like to make this my regular place.

I used this hotel to go to Nagatoro for a trip. The facilities are clean and the free parking lot is spacious and very good. Free breakfast is included, which I wasn't expecting, but it was very delicious. I also enjoyed the hot springs. The bath area was clean. Due to the location, it gets quiet at night, so there are no places to eat other than chain restaurants. There is a convenience store a short walk away. Considering the price, this is a very satisfactory hotel.

I stayed here for several nights for a relative's funeral. I didn't have to declare my check-in time, so it was free. I was able to relax and feel like I was at a hot spring.

Hot springs and breakfast are included, and the performance is good for a low price, so it is recommended. The room is clean and the furniture arrangement is unique, so it doesn't feel too small. However, if I had to point out the drawbacks, the batteries for the emergency lights were dead, and the light on the desk was also empty. There was a problem and I couldn't use it. Charging mobile phones and PCs also takes time due to lack of power. Other than that I'm satisfied. G.S.

I booked the hotel to attend the Chichibu Shrine Festival. Due to event traffic control, traveling was very inconvenient, and we arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night. It's some distance away from the railway. There is an outlet nearby where you can go shopping. The hot spring is average and not big, but it is not bad. The rating is average, but the room price is really favorable.

The room was clean and comfortable. There was a fire station next door, so I was worried that I wouldn't be able to sleep because of the noise, but it was fine. The hot spring bath was very nice.

I will use it again.
