It's my first time check in an unmanned hotel. It turned out everything was smooth. Step into the room is just like step into my own apartment, it has ample space for a person. If Free coffee and ramen for breakfast is a plus. I didn't expect the breakfast is included. I saw only once the staff is in the lobby. Btw she's pretty. There're numerous restaurants and attractions by walking distance. However, the price of this hotel is drastically different within a month. It puzzles me.

The hotel location is just fine, and there is a convenience store nearby the hotel. High recommended. And there is a wine bar at the first floor of the hotel, quite a cozy place.

Gion stn exit 2. No escalator or lift at that exit. This is an unmanned hotel. Self service check in and check out using tablets. Had trouble checking in because could not find my reservation even after trying a few times. Called the operator using the link in the tablet and he helped resolved immediately. 1 laundry machine located next to the entrance. Free coffee from 7am to 8pm. Free breakfast too. Free towel and toileteries. Only 1 lift but I never had to wait long. No room cleaning service even if stay more than 1 night but can return and replace towel. I stayed 7 nights and got nothing to complain except the bidet in toilet not functioning.

Personal opinion as a female Asian traveler. Location: 20 mins walk from Hakata station. 4 mins walk to Gion bus stop or canal city bus stop, both go to Hakata station in around 10 mins. Also, 15 mins walk to Kawabata Shopping Arcade and Canal CityHakata. There are not many restaurants nearby, only convenient stores around the area. Better eat before returning to the hotel. There is a MaxValu Express (open for 24 hrs, 2 levels: 1st floor drugsstore and B1 supermarket) 4 mins walk from the hotel. Great option for late night snacks, drinks, daily necessities, and tax-free shopping. Room: small and a bit old, cleanliness ok, no bath tub only shower stall. Shower water is not hot enough. Very poor sound insulation (recommended to use earplugs when sleepping. Provided on 1st floor of hotel). You can hear almost every single activity happening next door(literally meaning). Light switches far away from bed, which is a bit inconvenient. Front desk: it is an unmanned hotel. Self check-in via smartphone prior (utilizing the QR code) or via computer on 1st floor. Self check-out via tablet provided inside the room or computer on 1st floor. Using password to enter room. There is a female staff member in the lobby area in the morning if needed help for anything. She doesn't speak much English but is very friendly and willing to help. Also, you can text the hotel staff member for assistance if needed via the room tablet provided. They reply quickly. Amenities: self-service, self luggage storage, only basic items provided. There is no ice maker and only 1 laundry machine on the 1st floor (always being occupied). All in all, Pros: though the hotel is unmanned, I find it pretty chill, easy and efficient as long as you figure out how things work (not hard at all, perhaps more accessible for younger visitors). Cons: You really have to lower your expectations for everything else. I personally feel it is more like a hostel than a hotel. But considering it is the Hakata area and with this affortable price, can't murmur.

Convenient location, comfortable stay, check-in was a bit troublesome since they didn’t send me any information by email beforehand. Hotel was clean and modern with comfortable bed. The lighting in the room could be improved, it’s just kinda dark and placed in odd places.

Pretty good hotel with all aspects besides of noise from the next room. Allocated very next to elevator room, quite noisie when people hop on and off elevator. Also, you can hear conversation from next door to your room.

The hotel location is very good, it is close to Kushida Shrine, Canal City Hakata and Tenjin. Self service check in and check out is very convenience too.

Located in front of Kushida shrine. ⛩️ Good access from Gion subway station. Guests have to complete check in procedures by tablet, which is accessible to their reception center. So, nobody at the reception. (Pin code is to be provided for room door control.) So far, free breakfast is provided; it seems to be Udon. Check out is completed just tapping on “check out” icon on the room tablet. It is good for their cost saving if they show the guest reasonable room rate. 🤭

A Great place to stay if you're in Fukuoka for a short visit, or even longer. If the prices remain within a sensible range I will choose to return here. The positives: • location is a short walk from Gion station, Nakasu, Kushida/Shinto shrine, Tochoji Temple and has plenty of resturants in the area to choose from. • the rooms are well cleaned before checkin, the beds are very comfortable (small double beds) and the sheets clean. • Good water pressure and reliable hot running water. • Good quality body wash and shampoo/conditioner • Free coffee available 7am to 8pm, washing facilities onsite and a basic breakfast option offored. • Good soundproofing. The negatives: • 4pm checkin, but this seems normal for Japan. • There is a luggage storage area with some locks provided but I personally dont feel this is very safe should someone choose to act (there are security cameras in public areas covering the luggage storage) • No room cleaning service, an additional 3000Y charge if requested. • The rooms are equiped with tablets for services such as checking out, the cameras should probably have locks/covers provided.

Great hotel in the center of Fukuoka, convenient to reach several shrine and restaurants. Easy self check-in/out. A light traditional style breakfast is provided for free which is great. You can also access coin laundry.

First of all, hotel rooms in Japan are usually very small, but it was nice that there was some extra space (of course, it was possible because I booked a large room). Other hotels have a difficult bed configuration for 3 people, so here, there were 2 double beds and there was no problem sleeping. However, except for the fact that the bedding was a bit dusty and the soundproofing wasn't that good, it was perfect. The president's room was spacious, had a bathtub, and a simple free breakfast was provided. You can bring towels up from the first floor yourself. There were many windows and it was generally satisfactory. The price was reasonable, and the location was about 17 minutes on foot from Hakata Station, 7 minutes to Canal City, and the Kawabita shopping street was right next door, and you could walk to Hakitori Port Tower (25 minutes) while taking a walk. Check-in is at 4 o'clock, and since it's unmanned check-in, you can't check in before 4 o'clock, but you can easily lock your luggage yourself. If there are 3 or more people in Fukuoka, I think I'll go here again!!
