Lovely place, can be found with Google maps. I'd advise calling the hotel for directions as it's easy to miss if you're not looking out. Great hotel service, always ready to help even when they don't understand what you're saying. I don't speak Japanese, so being able to get all I needed without bending over backward was great. They also offer nice breakfast buffet, and light dinner. I'd definitely return to the same hotel. It's also a nice location for self tours, easy shrine trails, museums, parks, markets, and other fun sites. Also very near to the subway, so there was no need to book a taxi.

The location is convenient with lots of places to go and eat. Close to the subway station and easy access.

The hotel is located within walking distance to many places. It has a nice amenities bar where you can take at the lobby. The breakfast was fantastic. The only thing is that the lift takes very long.

It’s very small hotel but the location is good. Con it’s difficult to find car park and it’s expensive. The breakfast is ok.

Nice and polite staff. Amenities including face wash and make up remover are free to pick up at lobby. Love the choices of shampoo and conditioner. Complimentary soup and supper are provided. Perfect experience!

Pretty good service hotel let us check in slightly earlier and friendly front desk. Breakfast is really good. Decent location around 5 minutes walk from the train station. Though cleanliness can be improved a little as there are visible dust on the walls.

The hotel is in a great location and the selling point is the breakfast. However, I feel that like everywhere else in Japan, the food outside the hotel (which is a lot of options since in Nakasu) are better. So no need to specially choose for their breakfast. their bathtub is huge though.

The hotel is kind of old and the room is pretty dusty and a lot stains also it's smelly but other than that it's pretty great staff was very helpful and breakfast was good and you get all you can drink during the stays

Overall a great hotel and good location.
Very displeased with the front desk lady, during check in, she didn’t gave me a good check in service and i ended waiting much longer then others. Unnecessary check in process causing alot of hiccups

We stayed for 2 nights. The hotel rooms are nice, but quiet small. Their staffs are good and Manoj is excellent. Our group has 2 seniors and one of them had stroke in the morning 4am as we had a flight at 8am.
Manoj was waiting to help us called a taxi as we spoke last night, so he helped out calling an ambulance, offering helps that we didn't expect. He is deserved recognitions. Thank you again Manoj!
We would recommend this hotel. It is in night live area so you can stay up late. Also you will feel safe because good staff will take care you well.
