The hotel itself is clean, but there is a train passing right next to it, so it can be a bit noisy until the last train.

This is a small business hotel located a 1-minute walk from Yakuin Station. The staff was very friendly, and above all, it was a cost-effective hotel with cheaper prices and clean rooms compared to hotels in downtown Hakata.

It's close to Tenjin and Nakasu-Kawabata, and there's a large public bath, which was very convenient.

If you don't have money, there's nothing you can do. Go to a capsule hotel. There is no wifi here and the service is not good. I will not be re-booking.

Another feature of this hotel is that guests can use the large public bath on the top floor, which was a selling point of the former Personal Hotel Omiya, free of charge, which is much more soothing than using the unit bath in the room. I used it three times during my one-night stay, and there were only one or two other users, so it was comfortable and not crowded. The staff is also kind. I think the cost performance is very good. I will use it again from time to time.

In Japan, where there are many business hotels, I have never seen a room this spacious and in good condition. I stayed there for a trip and was very satisfied.
