Twenty four hour super kind and friendly staff. I was not aware that the hotel is so dated. The laundry machine is for use 24 hours on the basement One level, however, there is no AC. It is in the corridor and very hot And there is only one washing machine and one dryer. In summertime It is extremely hot there and also, quite scary to go alone outside restaurant hours. Shower head was faulty had to ask it to be fixed but staff attended promptly and was kind and apologetic.

The hotel is close to the subway station and the location is convenient. The room facilities are relatively old and the layout is relatively small. There is no need to open the suitcase. There are not many choices for breakfast, but the taste is good and the portion is sufficient.

The location is very good. Matsumoto Kiyoshi is next door and Tobaxi is opposite. It's more than 100 meters away from Hanshin. It's 2 stops to Tenjin by Nanakuma Line. The breakfast is average. The facilities are relatively old. The room is very quiet.

I always use this hotel when I'm on a business trip, and I'm very satisfied with the location, as it's the best from Hakata Station. The rooms are spacious, and I have no complaints.

I highly recommend this place for accommodation near Hakata Station! It's easy to catch an Uber taxi and it's close to the subway station, so it's very convenient for getting around.

The hotel is ok overall, there is no self-service ice machine, and the microwave is next to the front desk, but the room is larger than expected and very comfortable. The location is very convenient next to Chikushiguchi.
