Perfect location. Very convenient. Lots of restaurants and convenience store close by

We were here for one night and booked a slightly larger room which is the corner. Very good hotel location and would be great if the TV usage instructions in the room can be in English. Otherwise everything else is good.

Very good location, just one minute from the jr route and san kansas! Clean room and one bad thing is the room is tiny, but relative to the price, it’s reasonable!

The location is very convenience, particularly the parking lot, it is just next to the hotel. Staff are helpful and the room size is above average comparing with other hotels.

Check in was fast with self checked in machines. Staff's grasp with instructions in English hampered communication and on top of that not proactive in terms of service. Nevertheless in terms of location and price point , the small compact room met expectations.

Great location. Twin room equipped with 2 sinks, and a large fridge is exceptional. Room is clean and well kept. Room size is comfortably adequate for 2 people.

The hotel has moved us from Green number 1 to Green Annex. I got a bigger room size and a free breakfast. We are very happy with the new room and services. The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. I recommend going to Fukuoka must stay here. The Hakata Green Annex Hotel.

Very good location just few minutes by walk from HakataJR station! It also closes to Airport bus terminal within 5 minutes walk. Highly recommended!!

The services is quite good but the room is a little bit small. But no other facilities.

Much better stay than I thought It'd be. It may look old but clean, the daily housekeeping is also good. Breakfast is minimal. It is located in a good location downtown; many eateries around the hotel for dinner.
