A bit far from everything. If u have car ok.

It’s good place

The location is about 15 minutes from Hakata Station and there is a Max Express nearby. There is a Family Mart. The Ekiminami 2-cho bus stop is close, so it's great for going to Lala Land. Early check-in is not possible at the accommodation, and check-out is at 10 o'clock. The downside is that there are not enough towels and additional requests cannot be made. However, it is spacious and clean. There is a train track in front, so it may be a bit disturbing for some people. Luggage storage is not allowed. The advantage is that you can buy and eat food.

The hotel is quite far from Hakata Station. It is recommended to take the bus. We stayed on the 5th floor, which is at the same height as the train tracks. Multiple train lines operate 24 hours a day. The sound of the trains is loud and it is difficult to sleep in the dead of night. The saving grace is that the hardware is new and the space is large.

It feels like a normal business hotel! The price is cheap and the size is just right for a stay! It's also nice that it's close to Hakata Station!

This is an unmanned residence that can be used by multiple people. It's walkable to the station, close to a supermarket, and not far from a rental car. I didn't experience any inconveniences while using it on the first and last days.

It was the same as the photo and the accommodation was clean overall. However, it was a little noisy due to train noise, but not to the point where it was too much of a bother. Check-in information was sent by email the day before check-in, so check-in was smooth, and although it was an unmanned hotel, a dedicated tablet was provided in the room with the manager. I was able to contact them and there was a convenience store nearby, so it was a nice place to stay.

Very clean and spacious apartment, automatic check-in worked well without problems. Fully equipped including a washing machine with detergent. Very close to the station to take the shinkansen. The beds were large and comfortable.

The location is very good. The room is comfortable and the service is average. I will stay in Fukuoka again next time. The location is great and the room is comfy, will come again if we travel to Fukuoka next time

I liked that it was clean, completely different from Japanese hotels, and spacious, allowing for self-catering. One thing that is disappointing is that I stayed alone for 6 nights and there was only one large towel and one small towel. Even though there is a washing machine. This is a bit disappointing

Towels were one large towel and one small towel per person. Except for this and lack of toothpaste The facility was clean and spacious, so I had a comfortable stay. Check-in and check-out were also easy.
