Good value for money. This was the most spacious room in a regular hotel that ive stayed in in Japan. Plenty of space to open up my luggage fully. It is near to the Hakata station, but far enough to be quiet. The famous ramen shop is literally 2-3 shop fronts down.

The location is very convenient! And room is clean , nothing to complain!

Very unassuming place with the minimum that you need for a night’s stay. Have to walk abit from Hakata station.

Public facilities are complete, including coffee machine, tea and laundry service. It is very quiet during your stay. There is also a convenience store nearby, which is convenient! It's only 10 minutes away from Hakata Station, so it's not too far. 

The price/performance ratio is very high. Booked one month in advance for 400 yen a night on Friday, and paid 200 yen per person city tax when checking in. The room size is acceptable and hygienic, luggage can be stored, and free coffee and tea are available on the first floor. The ハンバーグ at the nearby Takuya Wakaba is delicious😋

The location is not far from hakata, in front of Yodobashi hakata, so very convenient. There is a 7-11 convenience store about 50 meters away. Very close, there is a Lawson store that has 2 free bottles of drinking water, very good.

The hotel has convenient transportation, only a 5-minute walk from Hakata Train Station; the ramen shop next door is cheap and delicious. There are supermarkets nearby where the goods are very cheap, and there are also many drugstores.

Even though it was during the holidays, I was able to stay there for a reasonable price. It's within walking distance of the station and there's a convenience store nearby. The room is small, but the price is low so I'm happy with it. If you're staying for multiple nights, cleaning only involves changing towels. The bathroom and bathroom were also clean!! There was also a washing machine on the first floor which was very helpful!!

The twin rooms are put together, but the gap in the middle is very large, and children often fall in... There is basically no light in the room. I don't know what time it is outside or what the weather is like. However, the front desk service is very good and responsive. The location of the hotel is also very good. It is more suitable for business accommodation, not for families.

The room is quite small and the location is a little far from Hakata Station. There are ice machines and coffee machines on the first floor. The hotel prices in Hakata are quite outrageous, but this one is good value for money.

The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from JR Hakata Station, in a relatively quiet alley, with Lawson and 711 convenience stores in front and behind. There is almost no lobby, just a reception desk, a toilet, a self-service washing machine and a coffee machine. The room is pitifully small and only suitable for sleeping, because it is almost impossible to turn around, the bed can barely sleep two people, and the bathroom can only be used by one person. The hotel does not provide free cleaning service, only replaces bath towels and garbage bags. There are two bottles of mineral water when checking in. I probably won't stay again

It's about a 15-minute walk from JR and the shopping district, and it's very convenient for eating, drinking and having fun. It's suitable for a 1-2 day check-in transition
