Hotel room size is decent for a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Location is great, sub-way opposite the hotel. Very clean and staff is friendly. Near canal city mall. Public bath was great too.

Good location nearby to Tenjin shopping area, Hotel room is a bit dated but functional.

Location is excellent. Just few meter away from the subway. Room is clean. Big bath was too crowded for the comfort. It is good place to stay if you come to fukuoka for the short trip

It was really good with the best hospitality and location. They have parking lots and you can park there.

Very close to the mtr station and bus stop. Also there are supermarket and convenient shops next to the hotel.

This is my second time here. This time we booked a triple room. Room is huge. It’s so spacious we can lay down 4 big luggages on the floor. We have the corner room for 3 with 3 single beds, the bathroom and toilet are separate. Electric bidet is a standard . There are 2 big lavatories. Toiletries are complete, with make up remover, moisturizer, etc. Breakfast food is extravagant! They serve wagyu beef A-4, freshly cooked. We love everything in the buffet spread. Mentaiko, the good quality fermented butter, the bread, fresh vegetables, beef curry, yogurt, ramen. Location is good, few minutes walk to tenjin and canal city. Hakata station is a bit farther but also walkable. Subway station and supermarket is a few meters away. We bought some juicy peaches and cheese in the supermarket.

Hotel is next to subway station, however, there is distance (10-15 mins) from the Tianjin key shopping and dinning area. There is in-house car parking which is convenient for those staying in hotel with car. The service of front desk are professional and polite with good level of English.

Geographical location is great, about 100-200m away from subway station which is 2 stops away from hakata station. Can walk to tenjin station, daimaru. There's also a bic camera store nearby. Close to not bad eateries. The reception front desk is located on the third floor, then you still need to transfer to another lift to get to the hotel rooms. This part was very troublesome especially when the hotel gets increasingly crowded with all the big groups of tourists. There was also no alternate way to get from the first to third floor like via escalator. Basically two lifts connecting L1 to L3 then 4 lifts connecting L3 to L13 Anyone could access any level but you'll need a door card to enter the corridors leading to the hotel rooms. I.e. the open access is limited to the lift lobbies of the respective storeys. Water dispenser and coffee dispenser are available at L3. These are complimentary. Not a single time when we passed the lobby and it's quiet. Seems like they take in alot of tour group bookings. Room was spacious though. But space was not well utilized in our opinion. Like there was plenty of space but desk was very small? Mirror was facing the bed too which was a big no-no for me AND take note you'll need to step into the bathtub to take a standing shower if you're not using the bathtub for a bath. And the bathtub can get slippery to be honest. Perhaps give an anti slip map if there are no plans to refurbish the washroom to facilitate showering outside of the bathtub And btw they're real particular about the cutoff time for you to indicate DO Not disturb. Use the magnet behind your room door and stick it on the front door if you do not want them to enter your room for cleaning. I missed out and was shocked to see someone In my room after I came back from breakfast.

Very good location, just 1 minute from the subway. The hotel's location allows you to walk to the most popular places in Fukuoka.

Big room with nice amenities. The hotel has super fast check in-out. The lobby is 3rd floor so from our room we had to change the lift to lobby and lobby to entry floor. 10 mins walk to tenjin main road.

Hotel locayed in the prime area which easy access to Hakata area. Hotel's room is spacious and the bed is huge and comfortable. I' m so satisfied with hotel facilities and in room amenities. Hotel also provide kids amenities. The hotel staff are very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel!

Good location, just 2 minutes walking distance to station. It takes less than 30minutes to airport. Hot bath service till midnight

It's near watanabe dori station which is just a couple of minutes to the hotel. You can't miss it.

Very to subway station. 20 mins from airport by taxi. Quite convenient.
