Randor Hotel Fukuoka Annex Reviews

Nice place with beautiful staffs including functional rooms but sometimes you get terrible inconsiderate neighbours that stomp and thump right above you. Last night was a nightmare for me. But the staff was very helpful by trying to get them to lower their boisterous activities!

Had a great stay at Randor Hotel Fukuoka Annex. Check in was a breeze. Room was spacious. Amenties were well provided. Love the facial kit especially!

The room was good and big enough. It is catered for 4 but we only had 2 pax staying in it.

Nice room, nice balcony, nice bed, nice tv, nice bathroom, nice toilet, but hard to find the location

It’s the great hotel. Have lots of facilities. The location also very close to public transport.

The room was clean and nice, but I had to wait more than 15 minutes to leave my luggage and there was no one at the front desk, which made me feel uneasy. Other than that, there were no problems.

It is a quiet and clean accommodation located within a reasonable distance from the subway station.

Unmanned hotel. Washing machine. Detergent. Multipurpose drying rack and hangers were convenient, and the sink and refrigerator were well equipped.

It was quite different from what it looked like in the pictures. I couldn't figure out how to use the tablet. There was no front desk staff, so I couldn't ask about nearby shops.

There is no own parking lot, which is a bit inconvenient! The location is on an inner street, a little hidden.

I use it often. The room is spacious and comfortable. Some rooms may not have air purifiers, etc. I think it's a nicer place compared to other Landor hotels.

I made a reservation because the reviews were good... but as soon as I arrived it was the worst. I arrived with concerns because it was unmanned check-in. The Korean family who was checking in first said they couldn't check in at the kiosk. We were hoping it wouldn't work, but even though we entered our reservation number, they kept giving us misses... Meanwhile, we watched a Japanese couple (saviors) come in and check in, but they couldn't check in either. After wandering around for a while, I called the phone number at the counter, entered the information at the kiosk, and completed check-in... After that, I asked for ours as well, so I called for a while, showed the video of my passport, entered the address in the kiosk... and made it difficult to check in. How can people who can't communicate well ㅠㅠ A Japanese couple even helped the Koreans who came in front of us check in... I was so grateful that I wanted to make a present of it, so I gave them apple pies from a famous store as a gift because the kids wanted to eat them haha,,, , It doesn't end here. I went out and took a taxi back, but arrived at another hotel with almost the same name (Randor Hotel Fukuoka). How could I move again and get there... On the second day, I used Google Maps and took the nearby subway. When I came back, I took the subway as well. I took the address using Google Maps and walked... It was raining, I bought groceries at a nearby supermarket, and I had a lot of luggage, but I was directed to another hotel with a similar name. (Randor (Residential) Hotel Fukooka Annex) Search (Randor Hotel Fukooka) I only teach you~ If you have poor vision, take a taxi to the hotel~~..

Overall, it was a satisfactory hotel. The condition of the accommodation was very good, and there was a washing machine and a place where you could even cook simple meals.
