Great location near to the train station and bus terminal, which are attached to a huge mall filled with restaurants and stores with prepared food. Central yet quiet. Obliging English speaking reception staff. Room small but functional. Breakfast good but served early. It says 6:30-9:30 with last serving at 9; however, the fruit was all gone by 8:30 and not replenished. Saves on food waste, I guess. Laundry a big plus.

Good quality. Very clean room.
7 mins to hakata station.
A lot of good restaurants around the hotel.
However, no gym, no free breakfast, or any other facilities are available

Even late at night, the area was safe, so even a woman could walk around safely.
It was convenient because it was close to the station and the bus stop.
