Having stayed in another Grand Base establishment in Kitakyshu, I was expecting the same. But it is not. Check-in was relatively more straightforward here, which does not require face verification of all guests. There wasn't a water dispensing machine in this as compared to the one in Kitakyshu. Design wise, this one in Hakata also felt more cramped. Nonetheless, a good stay near the major attractions. Neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful.

I had a comfortable stay in a spacious room. The alley atmosphere was nice and the accommodation was nice. Thank you.

The self-service check-in process is more convenient and faster than expected. The location of the B&B is a bit remote and there is room for improvement in bed hygiene. Others are pretty good.

First of all, it was better than I expected for a family of four to use. It was so hot that I was sweating a lot, but there was a washing machine so I could do the laundry! Overall, everything was good, but if only the air conditioner filter was cleaned(?) a little better... I did! If you're not sensitive, it doesn't really matter! I was able to get a good feel of Japan because the hotel was located in a clean and quiet Japanese neighborhood.
