The bathroom was small, but I was satisfied with the size of the room.
The cleanliness was average.
The interior was old because it was an old building.
I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights.
The Korean-speaking staff working during the day were friendly,
but the staff at night seemed a bit blunt.
They only emptied the trash in the room during the evening and asked if I could take a towel inside. I used a Japanese translator and showed them my phone, but they tilted their heads and didn't answer right away. They just waited.
They spoke Japanese quickly even though I was Korean, so it seemed insincere. Fortunately, my companion studied Japanese, so I understood a little.
The service was really bad.
(On the other hand, the staff at daytime were mostly friendly.)
Of course, they eventually went up together and solved the problem.
The only downside is that the water control in the bathroom is a bit disappointing. You have to adjust the water temperature to match the cold/hot water.
It was annoying because it was adjusted incorrectly, and it was hot a few times.
I chose a twin bed (2) room and there were 2 people in total,
but due to my mistake, I booked for 1 person,
and the hotel charged me an additional fee, which was really scary.
Luckily, a Korean-speaking staff member explained it well. ㅠㅠ
The additional fee was burdensome because it was in the center of Hakata Station,
but it was my mistake, so it was okay.
The city view was quiet. The bedding was a little old.
Conclusion: I don't want to go to this hotel again.
