Very well maintained hotel , service is excellent and room's beds are clean and comfortable.

Very nice flower at the lobby. All staff are working very hard for hotel guests. We have to check out at 6 a. m. and need a taxi. Staff help us immediately.

Hotel room is clean and spacious, with very efficient room service. even comes with complementary newspaper as an added service.

Hotel is a bit old n rooms r small, bath room perhaps need to be renovated .Staff services r very good, but strange that they make up rooms only from 9-1pm.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room is quick spacious and comfortable. There was also supply of daily necessities that were very good to use. The experience was nice and would definitely recommend.

For the price we've paid no complain at all It's just too pity that we never booked the room with breakfast as you need to pay 3000¥ per person if you want to have bfast (it costs ¥3000 for 2 person for room with bfast) And you can get discount of 500¥ if you join their membership (1500¥ instead of 2000¥ for overnight parking) Amenities is good, room is clean, nice lobby as well

A very comfortable hotel to stay in. It is well located and has a nice shopping mall just behind the hotel. At night, one can have some local street food experience at the yatai (open air food stands) as there are a few just along the main road outside the hotel.
