Good service

Only a little disappointed room too small for two pax wit big luggage no space to put our luggage 🥹

The location was really good. The staffs were nice. The room was very clean and tidy, everyday there was a housemaid who came and cleaned the room.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect

The room is spacious and clean...the location is not too far from Hakata station. Will consider booking here in future.

The hotel quite near to Hakata station around 7 mins walking distance. The hotel receptionist are very helpful and help us to call for taxi booking in the early morning and appreciate it a lot. The hotel room are very small and don’t have much expectation but they got everything in the room and it is clean.

Hotel service is good, what ever you request from them, you'll get needs surely.

Location is good .room bit small but it's ok in Japan staff is good helpful.

The location of this hotel was very convenient although the hotel was bit old. Yet the checkin staff was not polite that made me feel not welcoming. Besides, staff wasn’t attentive (he even charged me extra tax when I checked in. Yet he refunded it to me later. Why not check properly in the first place tho ?). There are many choices in that area. I will not come back to this hotel anymore.

Very well positioned hotel with the right amenities and price point. Location still not too bad with 7mins walk to Hakata Station. It was a last minute booking at 11pm for us and we got a free upgrade too.
