Great service, clean and tidy rooms. It's rather small but every basic need is served.

A decent hop for the 2nd part of the trip and my first time trying a somewhat local Japanese hotel chain. 🍀 I knew the experience would be a step down after RC but I’m glad the property served its purpose well for what it was. The location in Nakasu Kawabata is a little off a beaten track but walking is a great way to burn off those calories! 😆 Definitely glad I paid more for a bigger space for 2pax as otherwise our luggage survive. The space is simple and thankfully clean as expected of a Japanese hotel but the color themes made the ambience feel old despite the fact that the hotel is only 3yo 🐌 The tiny gym has my fav rower which is all that mattered to me. The breakfast was also surprisingly varied and actually high quality and was a win amongst us 🍀 Service was bare bones of course and the language barrier didn’t help. PSA: their definition is “deposit” at check in is actually payment so rem to use the right card if that’s important to you 😭

All I can say is that it is a pretty decent hotel and close to the shops. Have gym and laundry facilities. They have welcome wine and photo for guests. The staff are also very helpful. The problem is that it is very far away from hakata station.

Location is near night life district, not ideal for family travel. A bit of walking to go to restaurants and town center. Room is small.

Location is acceptable, about five minutes walk to train station. Family mart is nearby. The standard double room is small except there is a queen size bed. We asked for two extra pillows and they are helpful to provide it.

The price was relatively lower but the cleanliness was a bit poor as there’s smell from the toilet sometimes. The air conditioner did not function well. The temperature changed from time to time.

Excellent location , environmental friendly, a lot of different restaurants all around the hotel .

The bed was nice, the room was spacious, i like the bluetooth speaker with the alarm, overall we were satisfied. The only things is there is no bath tub.

Cleanliness was terrible. We are a family of 5 and booked 2 rooms. After our first night, we came back and found that our cups were not washed and instead were just turned upside down to make it look that they were cleaned. The staff rummaged through our bins and left the contents at the side of the bin. Carpet was not cleaned at all for the 5 nights we were there. The bottle of body soap was empty and we left it on the sink to make sure the cleaning staff see it and replenish. But guess what??? We came back and it was still in the sink and empty. Whilst the front desk staff try to rectify, the housekeeping staff is certainly the worst I have ever seen.

Location is good, service is good. Will stay this hotel if come again.

new hotel, nice staff & helpful. but walk to MTR needs 10 mins. the store located at downstair. all fine.

Nice little room with all necessary amenities especially smart TV and wireless phone charger.

The location is good, the room kept tidy and clean. However, I was disappointed by the persistent unpleasant smell in the toilet.
