Good: The location is great, close to Tenjin district, to subway and railway station. Many good restaurants around. I like the shared kitchen very much, all kinds of cookware are available. Staffs are helpful, speak fluent English. Bad: I booked the Studio Corner room which has the balcony. The balcony is large, but I didn't use it at all. The room and washroom are quite small. I can hardly put anything in the wash basin area.

Location ok, convenience store within walking distance. Nice building, there’s a communal kitchen as well. The room is ok but very small, not enough room to open our suitcase.

The facilities are new and stylish, creating an energetic yet cozy atmosphere. However, the room size is rather small, which may be suitable for solo travelers but could feel cramped for those traveling together (for the double-bed room) One noteworthy inconvenience is the need to go down to the ground floor to access the water dispenser. It would be more convenient if there were water machines available on each floor. The hotel's location is about a 5-minute walk from the nearest subway station and a 10+ minute walk to the shopping mall area. While not the most central/ convenient, the overall experience was quite enjoyable.

Perfect location right next to the central lively district, but still in a very quiet corner. Very clean rooms, very friendly staff. Only minor point is the breakfast buffet, which is quite minimal and could be enriched a bit.

Good service. Has a central kitchen for us to keep our food and warm them. Would be better if there is a bath

My second time coming back to LYF Tenjin. Great location which everything nearby. Staffs are attentive and helpful with great hospitality. It’s a memorable trip for my family. Best choice chosen LYF Tenjin 👍🏼⭐️

I love the location and the functional and cute set up of the rooms. The staff was lovely. They offered a really great private city tour for free (Thank you Tania!). The only minus was the loud noise of the extractor in the bathroom, it was not possible to turn it off and if you are a sensible sleeper it might be a nuisance.

Clean, no frills, convenient next to the train station, has everything you need.

Ltd Tenjiin is in a superb location, few minutes walking distance to subway, bus stops and the famous department store! Lots of yummy food near by, from traditional Japanese Ramen to Morden bars. The design of room is really displayed the smart way to utilise the space. The common areas with cooking space is also good for the hotel guests wanna who wanna to cook the fresh items as it so tempting when walking in Japanese supermarket! The last but not least is the super nice and friendly staffs in the hotel.

The location was convenient, right in the heart of downtown with easy access to shops and restaurants. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The highlight was definitely the friendly staff—they were always helpful and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I might explore other options next time.
