The staff is does not speak very good English, but they are super available to try and help you at any cost. They made some calls for us and helped with understanding how to ship our luggages. There is not daily cleaning, but it was not a problem for us as we stayed just 3 nights. There are free drinks in the hall (:

We stayed for 6 nights. Place probably more suitable for at most 3 nights because they do not clean your room throughout the length of your stay. If you can bear not having room vacuum & mop for more than 3 nights then this is a very good place. Towels can be obtained from front desk any time which is good. Pillow is soft, not sufficient support. Harder pillow ran out. I used 2 soft pillows & 2 bath towels beneath them. Near to Hakata train, JR stations & Bus Terminal. Also walking distant from Hakata Old Town. Generally, room was clean & bright. Staff were polite & helpful.

Clean accommodation, worth the price good place

we got the corner sofa room, very spacious with 2 queen beds next to each other, very good with my 2 kids together. location was very nice, we drove and there are a few parking areas behind the hotel which was convinent. but they dont clean the room for you or enter the room at all so its good for insecure guest i guess. towel not changing was a problem for my wife....

Location is close to the Hakata station. There is a fee of 500 yen for luggage storage in case arrive earlier than check-in, or you want to check out. It is higher than daily rate of a locker in the train station. All other hotels stored my luggage for a few hours for free.

The service was excellent. Very friendly front desk staff members. Free flow of quality coffee and ice water at check-in floor.

The hotel is around a 10 minute walk from Hakata Station and is located on a quieter street which is a good thing. This place is for non-fussy travelers who just need a comfortable and clean place to rest and sleep. Rooms are larger than most hotels in the similar price range with a proper bathroom and shower. Amenities are minimal and some items are charged a la carte but you can't really complain given the great price! Staff are polite and speak proficient English and there's free coffee in the lobby lounge plus a great outdoor deck. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to Fukuoka.

They charge for storage keeping. Make sure you check the pricing before booking. And many Koreans stay in this hotel. Some Koreans female and male kept chatting and giggling all night long until 3 in the morning at the common area. You couldn’t sleep at all.

It is only 4/5 blocks away from Hakata Station. The hotel is confortable, rooms are clean and excellent service at front desk. The do not have laundry at hotel, but at front desk they show how to get to the nearest laundry service. The do not have restaurant insider, but at front desk they show how to get to the nearest place to eat.
