Loved this Hotel! Check-in a little complicated, but really if Trip.com communicated better with me it would’ve been fine. There is no staff at the hotel. But the room was awesome! A little apartment: fridge and small kitchen with utensils, sofa. Balcony overlooking the river. Quiet location. Nice size bathroom with tub and shower. Also a washing machine, what a bonus.

Very bad, alert!
1. The room environment is very poor, about the same level as the small town Hanting 5 years ago, simple and dim. A bit like a cubicle in a low-rent house
2. The hygiene is not good. I found the contact lens packaging used by the previous guest on the sink in the room. There are many dust and mold spots in the room
3. There are no toiletries and towels to replace, which requires 1,000 yen. After sending me an email, they did not send me the payment link, and finally did not pay me to replace towels and toiletries
4. The room is very cold and the quilt is very thin. I contacted the hotel to add a quilt, but was called sister and said there was no quilt
5. The price is expensive. To be honest, staying in this homestay for 1,000 yuan is definitely not as good as staying in a decent fast business hotel for 1,500 yuan
Avoid it! Run away

For this price range, it's spacious, has a washing machine and kitchen, and a view of the river. Canal City and Tenjin are both within a 20-minute walk. I was very satisfied.

I couldn't check in at night. What a shame. How could I have done it?

This was my first time using this service.
To be honest, I was confused about how to get in.
I was asked for my passport number and other information, which took a while to type into the tablet.
It was more comfortable than a small business hotel!!

The whole trip was self-service, and I didn't see anyone in the hotel. Many people from China may not be used to it. Check-in is difficult if you don't know Japanese or English.
There was no cleaning in the middle of the two nights.
It was difficult to get through by phone if I had any questions, so I had to rely on emails, and the replies were relatively timely.
Strictly speaking, it's not like a hotel, but more like a homestay. The pipes in the room are all exposed and rough.
The facilities in the room are relatively simple, there is no TV, and there are few lights. But it is larger than the average Japanese hotel room.
Although it is a river view, there is nothing to see. The price is quite expensive, and it is about ten minutes walk from the subway station. It is probably the peak season when I stayed there, so there is nothing to choose from.

A place I found in a hurry due to a cancellation. It has a nice river view and is spacious.

A family of five went on a trip. The space was spacious and nice, unlike a Japanese hotel, but self-check-in was a bit cumbersome.
However, the location was not bad for getting to downtown areas such as Nakatsu.

The room is very spacious and nice. I think it would be good to come as a family.
There is also a sofa bed so you can sleep comfortably.
There were plenty of towels and many amenities.
It's close to Yanagibashi Market, and Canal City and Nakasu are all within walking distance. The lunch box restaurant right below is great value for money, and there is a mid-sized supermarket a 30-second walk up the street, so it's convenient.

There is no one to manage, and the price reflects the fact that the rooms are 2 large and 2 small, and the space is very comfortable. Parking is free. It is close to the center of Hakata.

The hotel has an induction washing machine, microwave, two double beds and a sofa.
It is an excellent hotel for the price.
Unmanned kiosk check-in can be a bit embarrassing

I went for 2 nights and 3 days. I understand that there is no parking because it is downtown.
However, I inquired about the location of the nearby parking lot and the price, but it was just
I can't tell you that it's all over the place.
Even so, towels are 3 adults and 1 child for 2 nights and 3 days.
4 to 5 small towels for 4 bath towels?;;
Looking at it, it seems to be the same number as during 1 night.
If it's 2 nights, I think I should have put in a few more.
It is used after washing. If you want to add it, you get 1000 yen.
Money wasn't the issue, I felt so bad.
Even if 4 people wash only once, they use up all the bath towels.
Are you saying you shouldn't wash the next day?
Even if you stay for several days, you only need a daily supply of towels
It seems that it is not provided, but it was really dumbfounded.. Please note.
I didn't want to leave a review like this because I had a good time.
really

Very Good

It's clean, the location is good, and it's quiet, so I really recommend it as a traveler's accommodation. However, it was cold because there was only one air conditioner for heating.
