Loved this Hotel! Check-in a little complicated, but really if Trip.com communicated better with me it would’ve been fine. There is no staff at the hotel. But the room was awesome! A little apartment: fridge and small kitchen with utensils, sofa. Balcony overlooking the river. Quiet location. Nice size bathroom with tub and shower. Also a washing machine, what a bonus.

I found the contact lens packaging used by the previous guest on the sink in the room. There are many dust and mold spots in the room 3. There are no toiletries and towels to replace, which requires 1,000 yen. For this price range, it's spacious, has a washing machine and kitchen, and a view of the river. Canal City and Tenjin are both within a 20-minute walk. I was very satisfied.

It is probably the peak season when I stayed there, so there is nothing to choose from.
