Room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The shower water pressure was excellent. Convenient locations with lots of great restaurant options nearby.

Hotel is very good. You can walk 5 mins to station. Check in and check out is quick because you can self check in. On 2nd floor, it has free public bathroom.

The hotel is clean and beautiful. The breakfast is good and delicious. The staff are nice and helpful. But the location is in the small street, therefore it was a little bit difficult to find the hotel by driving a car. Overall , I satisfied the experience in this hotel.

The room size is a bit small. Location is good but nearby street is dirty, environment near the hotel is complicated. Kids not suitable to walk around during the night time. Seems like very dangerous.

Room size for a 3 Bedder room is still alright for us. There are lots of restaurants around the hotel. If you get to the hotel via Exit 6 from Tenjinminami Station, there is no escalator or lift and takes about 8 minutes from the exit. There is a lift from the station opposite of exit 6 though (near Diamaru) which we used when we left the hotel to go to airport.

Located in the middle of tenjin & hakata, around 10-15min walks, nice onsen with relaxing ambiance!

All was good but we could see traces of dust here and there in the room. It's around 8 minutes by foot from the subway station but that wasn't a big problem for us.

The size and design of the room is pretty good and comfortable. However, the first time a hotel in Japan does not provide tea or coffee (happy to be corrected in case I missed out). Last but not least, the location is unbeatable and surrounded by interesting restaurants and parking lots. Walkable distance to shopping area and city centre (JR station).

Room is Small but clean. Quite surprise to have onsan and very convenience to supermarket

Convenient location, walkable distance to Tenjin-minami, Tenjin and even canal city or Hakarta. The public bath area is not spacious.

It is a bit far from the major shopping malls at Tenjin. But no big deal if u are self driving. The room is clean though the bathroom is small, but they provide rain shower head! We stayed here for two nights and had good breakfast. The staff are attentive and polite. The food quality is also good.
