Pretty good service hotel let us check in slightly earlier and friendly front desk. Breakfast is really good. Decent location around 5 minutes walk from the train station. Though cleanliness can be improved a little as there are visible dust on the walls.

The kids loved it so much. Both the water park and Innifini Pool were nice because they were heated pools. Two families of four booked two family ocean view rooms, and it was nice to have a jacuzzi. The view from the terrace was amazing, and the room was spacious, but if I had to point out one thing that was disappointing, it would be that there was only one bathroom. Still, I promised to stay two nights next time and come back with the kids. The kids were a little disappointed with the breakfast, perhaps because they had high expectations because it was a famous breakfast restaurant. I think the buffet at Swan Dor Resort in Nha Trang was the best.

I stayed when I went to Hakata City, Fukuoka Prefecture for work. I walked out of Exit 2 of Nakasu Kawabata Station and arrived in a few minutes. The hotel in Hakata city felt high at this time. The inside of the hotel was very beautiful. The view from the window on the 10th floor could only be seen in the next building. It's a pity that breakfast is not currently served. Check out is 10 o'clock. There is FamilyMart nearby and it is convenient.

I made a reservation because it was a relatively new hotel. Both check-in and check-out were a little confused about the operation on the machine, but there was no particular problem. Also, when I asked the front desk whether I could get canned mineral water in the refrigerator in the room, I asked him if he could. Location is near to Old town and Tenjin shopping malls, all within 10 mins walk. Subway station, Nakasu. Kawabata station is 5 mins walk away from hotel and family mart, 7-Eleven mini marts are few mins walk. Hotel is very clean, aesthetically done up but a little cramped for 3 of us. Level 3 has guests bath and indoor/outdoor lounge and coffee machine. Near reception at level 2 can self collect complimentary tea and coffee sachets and toiletries like comb, razor, hair band. Overall a gd experience for 7 nights stay!
