There is also a pool in summer, outdoor cinema at night, fireworks on weekends, and I think it is the best for children and couples. Japanese restaurants are also delicious. It seems that there is nothing in winter, but there is an outdoor sauna, so I think I should open it without paying, and in winter, I would like to make the pool a natural cold bath and advertise it for sale in winter ... There is also a sauna in the large communal bath However, it is a pity that there is no cold bath or well-equipped space. The sauna, cold bath, and the scenery are good, so it would be nice to have a veranda outside and have a well-equipped space. In winter, what about a space where you can bake marshmallows, drink cocoa, and relax around it for a big campfire? I'm looking forward to it because it's a good facility.

There is a gap about one centimeter wide and twenty centimeters deep between the bathtub and the floor. There is a lot of hair in centimeters. The cups used for washing are disposable paper cups. The wall of the toilet part of the bathroom is a lot of small convex mirrors? The composition is a bit dense, and the eyes are dazzled. There is also a problem with the lighting setting. When looking in the mirror, the light is far away and there is no light on the side of the mirror, making it difficult to see the face clearly ๐๐. And then there's something like a kitchenette? There are two towels that have not been disposed of, and they are still wet. I don't know if I forgot or said that there is no cleaning. No matter how the air conditioner is adjusted, it blows towards the bed. The waiters don't speak English very well, but they are very enthusiastic and work hard.

We stayed in a plan with two meals. The room was a twin single youth, so there was a good size. The interior is normal. The public bath was like a home bath, and the hot water was just for ordinary hot water. It is said that the trouble of hot water was saved in the bath in the room. I didn't expect dinner at all, but the Japanese course was more delicious and impressed than I imagined. The customer service was great. I expected breakfast, but I was quite disappointed that dinner was good. There are few items and the staff is unfriendly. Far from Hakata, the transportation is bad, so I think I will have a lot of time and repeat it only when I want to have two meals. It is quite unsatisfactory if it is only breakfast. I think Cospa is very good.

Everything was greattttttt! The room was spectacular and the amenities were mind-blowing. I will definitely come back here if I ever come to Fukuoka. Itโs not too far from Hakata Station (main / central station) which has so much to offer - more like a plaza to me. Only 700 meters away. The staff speak good English. I really really recommend this hotel. Everything just ticked all the boxes.

The room is really small like normal typical Japanese hotel rooms. We could fit 3 adults and 2 children with 3 big suitcases in this room but no space left to walk. No amenities in room, had to pick up in the lobby before coming up to the room.
Lounge with coffee station is on 3rd floor. Ice maker and coin laundry are there too which is a plus for this hotel.
Breakfast is a choice of set Japanese breakfast in another restaurant outside the hotel which I personally think that we rather go for breakfast somewhere else. There are many restaurants and malls around the hotel with better choices of food.
The location is wonderful, near subway stations and bus stations.

We used the superior room with 4 families. It was a semi double bed x 2 + extra bed x 2, but there was a room size and I didn't feel particularly cramped. The meal was finished outside, so there is no restaurant use. It is a new hotel, so it is a comfortable and clean hotel. The Montreal Group also used in Osaka, but I am satisfied with the overall. Not flashy, but no problem with the minimum service, not more than necessary.

Pretty much your standard clean and efficient Japanese hotel with professional customer service and spacious rooms. I stayed in the renovated tower which was modern and with all the basic amenities. Hotel is conveniently located in front of a major bus stop which you can take to the main attraction areas if you don't feel like walking (15-20min) There is a nice restaurant and bar in the lobby which serves delicious Japanese style hamburger steaks, ate there 2x during my stay. There are also many food options ranging from gourmet pizza to local hole in the wall ramen shops around the hotel.

I visited in October 2018. It is located about ๏ผ minutes from Hakata Station and take the subway to get off at Tangjincho Station. It is also close to Yahooku Dome and I think it is convenient for watching baseball. The room is standard impression and a bit old, but the lobby is clean and good impression. Breakfast feels a little less variety, but it is a certain extent.

GGuest UserMy husband and I enjoyed our final stay at this hotel to wrap up our Kyushu long vacation. The front desk staff ** gave me a bad impression of this trip. We were the only couples at the check in counter during that time (around 12:30pm). She saw us but keep working on the computer. We just waited until she completed her work. After a while, she said โcheck in time at 3pmโ, I was well noted about this hotel policy but I just want to store our luggage so we can go out. She asked for our passport, inputted some data into the computer and she returned the passport to us without saying a single word. After a while, she headed up and showed her annoyed face and said again โcheck in at 3pmโ then she point to the storage room on the left . Her attitude was the worst I have ever seen across Japan. This was a really great hotel but I would suggest the hotel group should well-train their staff with a more professional manner. She was working at the front desk which meant she was representing the hotel to give the first impression to the traveler. SHE DID A BAD JOB.

TTo Eat and To TravelRoom is clean, not huge but sufficient size. Great service, as I forgot my toiletry bag in Tokyo before arriving in Fukuoka and the front desk lady was able to call the Tokyo hotel and have them locate and secure the bag for me to pick up later. Offers welcome soba (21:00-23:00) and welcome drink (15:00-23:00). Also has a a Photo Booth to take welcome photos (picture quality is not great so more for fun) and a Gacha machine to dispense welcome gifts for kids. The lobby area has a huge long desk with many seatings, as well as a nice little library.

GGuest UserI was attracted to the good location of 2 stations by subway airport line from Fukuoka Airport to Hakata Station and about 2 minutes walk from subway Hakata Station to the hotel. This time, I wanted to go to Shimonoseki, Ogura and Yamaguchi Prefecture based in Hakata, so I had a comfortable stay. The amenities were a style that took you from the corner in front of the front desk to the room for as much as you needed, and I felt that it was a good attempt from the viewpoint of environmental protection. I want to stay again. Thank you.

AAmirahGion stn exit 2. No escalator or lift at that exit. This is an unmanned hotel. Self service check in and check out using tablets. Had trouble checking in because could not find my reservation even after trying a few times. Called the operator using the link in the tablet and he helped resolved immediately.
1 laundry machine located next to the entrance. Free coffee from 7am to 8pm. Free breakfast too. Free towel and toileteries. Only 1 lift but I never had to wait long. No room cleaning service even if stay more than 1 night but can return and replace towel. I stayed 7 nights and got nothing to complain except the bidet in toilet not functioning.

PPgcresRoom size for a 3 Bedder room is still alright for us. There are lots of restaurants around the hotel. If you get to the hotel via Exit 6 from Tenjinminami Station, there is no escalator or lift and takes about 8 minutes from the exit. There is a lift from the station opposite of exit 6 though (near Diamaru) which we used when we left the hotel to go to airport.

Millennials Fukuoka is in a strategic location close to restaurants, mini marts, and lots of stuff going on in the Area. Itโs sparkling clean and well run. Their staff, especially Faith are extremely helpful. I had a great stay and would love to return when Iโm back in Fukuoka.

WWaiThe hotel is relatively new and cater to business travellers and tour groups. It is clean and check-in was a breeze. The beds were super comfortable. But i I have 2 complaints: Parking is expensive at ยฅ1,700 per night, and the rooms were very small, when we open our luggage we have to โovercomeโ obstacles to mover around the room
