Great stay

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station. Free fresh coffee and dinner are provided to guests. Including and there is a department store located nearby, after 6 p.m. discounts on ready-made food.

The breakfast content was average and it ended too early. The location of the hotel is easy to find, you can see it just after leaving Fukushima Station.

Fukushima Select Hotel is right in front of JR Fukushima Station. You can walk directly there after getting off the Shinkansen. It only takes 5 minutes. The location is pretty good. The hotel front desk service is okay and can be easily communicated with. Show your passport to check in. Check out at 10 am every day, please pay attention to the check out time. The space of the guest room is quite large, which is considered a relatively spacious room in Japan. And the price of more than 300 is really very cheap. Far better than I imagined. The meals provided for breakfast are still good and nutritious. There is a large supermarket next to the hotel, which is very convenient for shopping.

The nearest convenience store near the hotel must be 500 meters away. 3. There will be loud noises and vibrations in the room when a train passes by. 4. The hotel is very old, and the air conditioning was not turned on during the stay, not even for air supply. The room was stuffy and uncomfortable. I went to the front desk to report it and turned it on, but it stopped again soon after. 5. The front desk staff are not very familiar with the business. Many times after asking questions, they have to ask other colleagues to answer them. We were not told that there would be drill broadcasts when we checked in, and we were constantly woken up by the broadcasts while sleeping. The photocopy of information on food and beverages near the hotel that was given to us has become blurry after being reprinted countless times. 6. A male staff member named Inoue Hiki at the front desk was extremely rude. When we complained about the lack of air conditioning and ventilation in the room, he interrupted us repeatedly to defend himself, and even when we emphasized that he please let us finish. Even so, Inoue Hiiki was still interrupting us. This is extremely rare rude behavior in the Japanese hotel industry. 7. If you are traveling to Fukushima, I do not recommend this hotel.
