I wanted to go to Tomonoura, so I stayed at this hotel and Keishokan Sazanamitei for two nights, but the staff's customer service attitude was so bad that I was disgusted! When I checked in, the person who seemed to be the manager on the first floor didn't greet me, and even when I bought souvenirs, the staff didn't say "Welcome, thank you" and just looked down, which was disgusting! With that manager, I really felt that the staff wasn't properly trained. I chose a semi-suite with a view bath overlooking the harbor, and the room was spacious and comfortable, but the bath was not a hot spring, which was disappointing. Dinner was brought to the dining room inside, and they brought me hot food, and they shared the way they grilled meat when they stayed at the sister hotel Keishokan Sazanamitei yesterday, and some of the ingredients were changed to abalone, which was appreciated. However, the breakfast was so poor that I was also disgusted! I travel many times a year, but this is the first time I've ever experienced such a poor and disgusting breakfast! ! I pay a high price for accommodation, but I don't get that kind of breakfast! ! Both guesthouses and business hotels put more thought into their food! The reasonably priced Keishokan Sazanami-tei where I stayed yesterday had grilled fish and a decent breakfast! I wanted to go to Tomonoura so I looked for accommodation in the area, but there were only three options - sister hotels Keishokan Sazanami-tei, Ofutei, and Teitei Onne Konne - and since I had to choose between these three and there was no facility to compete with, I began to suspect that the hotel was being run arrogantly! I hope that a facility that can rival these three will appear soon!
