Great location within 5 min walking distance from JR Fukuyama station. It is a new hotel. Many restaurant and shops near the station.

Check out time is 10:00 am but a loud vacuum cleaner noise is audible at around 08:30 am. No breakfast available. But location is convenient, not that far from the station.

The transportation is convenient, just a five-minute walk from Fushan Station, and Fushan Castle is right next to the station! You can also see Fukuyama Castle from the station platform! Not so good the second night because we repaired a leak under the bathtub, not very pleasant to do yourself. Dismantle the plastic panel and large flow of water not very clean... Suitable for people who want to stay cheaply near Fukuyama Station. There is no parking lot, so you will have to park nearby. If you don't know where the parking lot is, be careful as it is in a high spot. The table in the room looked quite dirty, but it is a table with a pattern that looks dirty to begin with.
