Direct connection to the station, although it was a little wet in the rain... The front desk was not bad, slow but polite, I was satisfied because I did it. The amenities behind me were the first time I said I would bring my favorite things. I'm not worried about the sound of the corridor, and I'm going to be in Denny's morning.

It was very convenient because there was a convenience store nearby from the station and there was a convenience store around. I think it is a hotel that is very easy to use when there is a business around Makuhari. The hotel was beautiful.

It’s an older motel with front of house staff that have been working in the hospitality industry for a while. I arrived before the check in time (3pm ~), I was checked in just before 3pm which I didn’t expect. Courteous, friendly staff.
Breakfast was included in the 2 night stay - it was a simple Japanese meal that was easy sustenance - free servings of rice and soup. The staff made it a homely atmosphere with constant attention to guests asking them if they wanted more of what was available.
Room 720 faced the busy Highway but also had a great view that included sky tree. I could open the large single pane window and thought it was a unique point.
Cleaning staff were mainly foreign, all young and polite also. They knocked on doors to ask if rubbish needed removing and rooms cleaned.
I didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant on 10F or the public bath and sauna - maybe next time.
suggestions:
(1) housekeeping: a quick dusting by cleaning staff (feather duster if not wet tissues) - the hotel is clean and even though it isn’t a 5 star hotel it makes a difference. The feather duster can easily reach corners of drawers and tables. Bathroom air filters can easily be cleaned with wet tissues.
(2) room cards for cleaning- more specific than a don’t disturb card. it will save time for housekeepers as they knock on room doors to ask if rooms need to be cleaned. They can focus on cleaning and do a better job on a hotel that has been kept going for a while.

If you are wanting to do something near the hotel location then I’m sure it’s perfect for a night or two.
We stayed for 1 night and it was a last minute booking. We arrived at 8pm. The staff were great, friendly and helpful. They helped us with the car parking which was ¥1000 for the night. Let them know at reception and they will ask for your car registration. They’ll give you a QR code to scan before you leave in the morning.
Our room was tiny and we could hear the highway next to the hotel, there was one pillow each side and the beds were small.
Bedsheets were light and the draft from the window was enough to make the room feel cold.
TV was massive for the room size and in an awkward position, by the side of the bed. No smart tv apps but it did let you mirror YouTube on iPhone. Netflix doesn’t mirror.
You can help yourself to amenities at the front desk.
The elevators are very small and can hold 2-3 people comfortably.
Overall average hotel does the night but you wouldn’t want to stay for longer periods. At least not in the room we were in.

I ended up staying there at short notice, so I made a reservation on the day. There was a hot spring, lots of manga, and a food court, so I was able to stay comfortably. The next day, I took a morning bath from 6 to 9 am.
You can borrow towels as many times as you like, and the loungewear is comfortable, so I'm very satisfied.
Although the hotel was not fully booked, there were some people with large luggage, such as foreign backpackers. Large luggage cannot be brought into the sleeping area, so you have to leave it around.

【Location】
In the new city center of Makuhari, Chiba, 10 meters across from the hotel is Makuhari Station. There are airport buses from Haneda or Narita to Kaihin Makuhari Station, and then walk to the opposite side and take the tram for one stop to the hotel. It only costs about 1,500 yen to take a taxi after getting off the airport bus.
There is AEON behind the hotel, and there are many stores with special discounts for guests. It takes about an hour by tram to downtown Tokyo.
【Facilities】
When I opened the door, I was surprised by the latest humidifier fan, and the hair dryer was also Dyson. Because the hotel is newly opened, all the equipment is very new, and even the trademark sticker on the sink is clearly visible.
There is also a 24-hour convenience store downstairs in the hotel. Although there are not many things, they are enough for basic needs, especially for people who arrive very late to buy things to fill their stomachs.
There is a set of self-service counters at the front desk of the hotel, and all the supplies are self-service, from toothbrushes, towels, toiletries to a variety of facial masks, bath agents, tea bags, etc.
【Hygiene】
New hotels with Japanese-style cleaning, there is no need to worry about hygiene. After just returning from a business trip to Southeast Asia, I really have to praise the cleanliness of Japanese hotels.

We booked the hotel at the last minute through Trip.com. It was advertised as a last room available and a smoker’s room so our expectations were tentative. We were very pleasantly surprised by the standard and cleanliness of the facility. It is very conveniently located an easy 4 minute walk from the Hakimmakuhari railway station station. There are plenty of eateries in the vicinity. The Hareda and Narita AirPort Express bus also stops at this hotel. The room was clean with no smoker’s smell and all the comforts available for travellers. Breakfast and lunch is available at the hotel cafe. The food and service is very good. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive to our needs and nothing was too much for them. Ueda-san deserves special mention. The hotel is located within the Makuhari Residential Park and the parklands are pleasant to walk around. Makuhari beach is a 10-15 walk from the hotel, as is the Zozo Marine baseball park. Highly recommended.

I recently stayed at Vessel Inn Yachiyo (Katsutadai Ekimae) for a total of 3 weeks and I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Keisei Katsutadai Station (south exit) and it's a quick train ride from Narita Airport and an easy train ride to Tokyo (Keisei line or Toyo line). There is a Lawson Convenience Store in the same building as the hotel, a 7-Eleven around the corner, a Livre Keisei Supermarket across the street and lots of decently priced places to eat within walking distance (Hidakaya, Torikizoku, Kushikatsu Tanaka, Chiyoda Sushi, Takakura Machi Coffee, etc). I reserved a deluxe double room for the first 2 weeks of my stay - I was concerned that the only available one was a smoking room. The room was located on the 7th floor and much to my surprise, I barely noticed any smell in the room (there was an air filter available, but I didn't need to use it). The room was much bigger than I had expected for a modestly priced Japanese hotel, it was very clean and had the usual amenities (PJs, slippers, shampoo/conditioner, body wash). I really liked the fact that you could ask for housekeeping service when you wanted it (the default was once per week) or you could leave your trash can and used towels outside of your door each morning and come back to an emptied trash can, fresh towels and a bottle of water. I ended up having to extend my stay and had to switch to the only room they had available for my final week - a single room which was also a smoking room. This room was on the 5th floor, which also housed the smoking area of the hotel. Unfortunately, the entire floor was filled with smoke. The hallway and the room were unbearably smokey and I had to have the air filter on full blast to tolerate the smoke. The room was clean, the bed was a little smaller, but not by much, the room was definitely smaller than the deluxe room, but still big enough to open my large suitcase. The staff here is a mix of Japanese and non-Japanese and while I only spoke to them in Japanese, I heard some of them speaking to other guests in decent English. Each staff member I interacted with was incredibly polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I especially appreciated the hotel staff who were there early in the morning to set up breakfast (5:30am to 9:30am). They were incredibly polite and attentive, constantly refreshing the buffet, cleaning tables and greeting guests. The breakfast buffet appeared very modest at first glance, but they had quite a variety of foods - rice, miso soup, curry sauce, grilled fish, sausages, cooked eggs, sashimi, raw eggs for rice, various Japanese side dishes (hijiki, kiriboshi daikon, konnyaku, mentaiko, natto, nori, steamed broccoli, salad, etc), as well as mini plain and chocolate croissants, toast, pancakes, yogurt, sweets and a variety of sodas, juices and coffee drinks. I'm mostly vegetarian but I felt there was enough variety for me to eat there each morning. Also, as part of their daily ”Welcome Se

A few minutes walk from the seaside Makuhari station and the inage coast station where Makuhari Messe is located. The building is a little old, but the room was larger than the business hotel of the national chain and the amenities were available. The corridor was also carpeted, and I rested quietly and slowly enough to not care about the footprints of the walkers. It was a good location between the station and the hotel such as department stores, convenience stores, family restaurants, taverns. I borrowed a rental iron because there was a wrinkle in the suit, but it was saved with fog blowing. The staff at the front desk was also good, so I will use it if I have a chance!

Only 20 mins away from Narita Airport. A good option if you have a flight to catch the next day and you want to find a hotel that is value for money. The hotel is very clean with facilities such as an onsen and laundry. Aeon shopping mall is just 7 mins away. The rooms are quite spacious and the bed is very comfy. I would stay here again!

Very Good
LlalaharurujpIt's a few minutes from Nishi Funabashi and renovated a low-rise condominium. There is a shop in front of the station, so it seems that it is not troubled by food. It is very beautiful inside, completely divided into men and women, and it is a mechanism that cannot be put inside without a key. The private room capsule is large enough. The shower amenities are also well equipped. There seem to be several VIP type single rooms. In the difficulty, is there no TV in the private room? But there is no problem even if it is free of wifi.
MMingjunThe accommodation experience is excellent. The space is large and comfortable. The 29-inch suitcase can be spread out normally. The bed is also very large. It will not be very crowded. In addition, the service staff is very good. Every day, I can ask for service cleaning. Every day, I feel like I just checked in. When there is no one at the counter, I will not pick up the phone. It will not wait too long for it to appear in seconds. I will stay again if I have the opportunity. ~ praise! !
Hhagemanomiya【Room facilities】◇The room type used is a twin room.◇The room is large and can afford to go back and forth. ◇ The desk is about 120cm wide and 40cm deep, but there are TVs, tableware, stand lighting and IH waterwashers on top, so it is about the work space of PC1 notes. ◇ There are 5 lighting places (entrance, ceiling, desk, pillow, bathroom). The room is large, so it is standard illumination. ◇ There are 2 outlet plugs next to the desk. Extended tap is essential when working on the desk, but this is in the drawer. I think it is convenient if there is an outlet on the pillow. ◇ TV is available in a 32-type class (desk place) and can be viewed on the ground digital BS. ◇ refrigerator is in a 40L class and can adjust the temperature. ◇ wired Internet environment. LAN cable is in the desk drawer. I didn't feel stressed to browse the video site. ◇ There is an IH waterwasher and a glass cup. ◇ Air conditioning is centralized air conditioning. Only the wind volume can be adjusted for three stages. ◇ Room key is a cylinder lock type. There is no dedicated slot to insert room key, so the power of the whole room (including air conditioning) does not fall even when you go out. ◇ I can hear a little voice in the corridor, but I can't hear the voice or the sound of the water flowing in the next room. 【Bathroom toilet】◇It is the same room (3 point unit bus) of the bath toilet. ◇The water pressure of the shower is strong. ◇ Water plug is a thermostat mixing plug. ◇ The bathtub is medium size. Not able to stretch my legs in adult men of 175cm height. ◇ The drainage capacity of the washbasin is a bit weak. ◇ Linth in shampoo, body soap, dryer, toothbrush are complete. 【Bedding】◇Single bed. I felt a little narrow, but I don't mean to fall back. ◇ The pillow is soft. [Around the environment] ◇ There is a convenience store opposite the street, about 5 minutes walk, and there is a restaurant in the area. [Parking] There is a parking lot of 6 cars for ◇ 800 yen per night, but it is a full reservation system. ◇ There is a coin parking in the place about 1 minute walk (20:00 ~ 8:00 next day up to 500 yen, other than 30 minutes 300 yen). ◇ Coin parking is available even late on weekday night. [Others] ◇ There is one elevator, but it was not crowded. It seems that you can have a Viking breakfast for 800 yen per adult in ◇AM7:00~AM9:00 (unused this time). ◇ Free coffee service is available in the lobby. ◇ You can walk to JR Funabashi Station and Keisei Funabashi Station, but there is a small 々 distance. I think the access by car is good because there is a coin parking because the Funabashi IC of Keiyo Road and the Yatsu Funabashi IC of East Kanto Road are close. ◇ The hospital seems to be close and you can hear the ambulance siren regardless of the time zone. I was completely fine, but if you are sensitive to sound, you will be worried. ◇ Overall a hotel that makes you feel the ages, but the bath and toilet are the latest facilities. ◇ Considering the location, I think the room rate is also affordable. ※ The above will be the situation I used. ※ The situation may be different now, such as renovation, renovation, transfer, and change of terms of use and company policy. ※ All of the above is my subjective.
AAnonymous UserThere are various amenities in front of the lobby, so you can take as much as you need, so waste is prevented, and the interior of the room is clean, so I was able to rest well.
AarskumnThe bed and the quilt were fuzzy and happy! The door was quietly closed, and the number of rooms was small (= few people), so I could sleep well without getting up with the sound. The bath is only shower (body soap and rinse in shampoo), and it is a type to operate the hot water heater by oneself, so hot water came out properly! (Cheap hotels are often wet with hot water, so the point is high!) If you request it strongly, it would be nice to have an electric kettle or a humidifier front loan because the air conditioner was dry in winter. I thought it was ... overall I was satisfied with more than the price!
