Because it is a business hotel now, it is clean and reasonable, and the cospa is good. The lounge can be used free until late at night and there is a loan of the electric stand, so it is convenient when you want to work at the desk. Supermarket is on the １ floor of the same building, convenience store is also a short walk, directly connected to the station. Hotel stay is more comfortable than poor luxury hotels.

【Room facilities】◇The room type used is a twin room.◇The room is large and can afford to go back and forth. ◇ The desk is about 120cm wide and 40cm deep, but there are TVs, tableware, stand lighting and IH waterwashers on top, so it is about the work space of PC1 notes. ◇ There are 5 lighting places (entrance, ceiling, desk, pillow, bathroom). The room is large, so it is standard illumination. ◇ There are 2 outlet plugs next to the desk. Extended tap is essential when working on the desk, but this is in the drawer. I think it is convenient if there is an outlet on the pillow. ◇ TV is available in a 32-type class (desk place) and can be viewed on the ground digital BS. ◇ refrigerator is in a 40L class and can adjust the temperature. ◇ wired Internet environment. LAN cable is in the desk drawer. I didn't feel stressed to browse the video site. ◇ There is an IH waterwasher and a glass cup. ◇ Air conditioning is centralized air conditioning. I felt a little narrow, but I don't mean to fall back. ◇ The pillow is soft. [Around the environment] ◇ There is a convenience store opposite the street, about 5 minutes walk, and there is a restaurant in the area. [Parking] There is a parking lot of 6 cars for ◇ 800 yen per night, but it is a full reservation system. ◇ There is a coin parking in the place about 1 minute walk (20:00 ～ 8:00 next day up to 500 yen, other than 30 minutes 300 yen). ◇ Coin parking is available even late on weekday night. [Others] ◇ There is one elevator, but it was not crowded. It seems that you can have a Viking breakfast for 800 yen per adult in ◇AM7:00～AM9:00 (unused this time). ◇ Free coffee service is available in the lobby. ◇ You can walk to JR Funabashi Station and Keisei Funabashi Station, but there is a small 々 distance. I think the access by car is good because there is a coin parking because the Funabashi IC of Keiyo Road and the Yatsu Funabashi IC of East Kanto Road are close. ◇ The hospital seems to be close and you can hear the ambulance siren regardless of the time zone. I ended up staying there at short notice, so I made a reservation on the day. There was a hot spring, lots of manga, and a food court, so I was able to stay comfortably. The next day, I took a morning bath from 6 to 9 am. You can borrow towels as many times as you like, and the loungewear is comfortable, so I'm very satisfied. Although the hotel was not fully booked, there were some people with large luggage, such as foreign backpackers. Large luggage cannot be brought into the sleeping area, so you have to leave it around.

It's a few minutes from Nishi Funabashi and renovated a low-rise condominium. There is a shop in front of the station, so it seems that it is not troubled by food. It is very beautiful inside, completely divided into men and women, and it is a mechanism that cannot be put inside without a key. The private room capsule is large enough. The shower amenities are also well equipped. There seem to be several VIP type single rooms. In the difficulty, is there no TV in the private room? But there is no problem even if it is free of wifi.

The location is very close to the station, the staff are very helpful, and the room is bigger and tidier than expected. Just shower head have some water leaking problem, overall is good

Stayed on a heavy snowy day in Kanto. The room was beautiful, the large communal bath on the 9th floor & open-air bath was the best, and the amenities were substantial and very satisfying ♪ We also stay in snow or typhoon. thank you very much.

I was only there for one night so I’m not sure about the service but the location is great five minute walk from the station and they have an outlet mall and restaurants and some brand faces so you can actually get everything you want for souvenirs or shopping in the area and if you have a Costco card there’s a Costco nearby 10 minute walk morning breakfast is ¥2000 if you want breakfast that day it’s 1000 then if you reserve breakfast in advance expect us to say that Friday is not a lot I don’t think it’s worth ¥1000 but that’s just my opinion

I had an amazing time staying here, I just had to leave a review! With everything going on right now it felt really good to take a break from everything and get amazing service at a beautiful location. Everyone from the front door to the janitors had a pleasant vibe around them. Would reccomend!

This is a beautiful hotel set in a nice, quiet location, with all the amenities close by for a relaxed stay in Tokyo. It's a clean tidy comfortable hotel (4/5 star rating). The luxurious rooms come with en suite bathrooms, toiletries, A/C, heating, flat screen TV, tea/coffee facility, daily room service and so on. There is also complimentary coffee/tea available all day in the lounge area on the ground floor. Kasai subway station is only a minute's walk from the hotel to visit attractions/places of interest in Tokyo. Bus station is also located within walking distance (just near KFC) for travelling to Narita & Haneda international airports. Restaurants, fast food outlets like kfc/McDonald, convenience stores etc are all located nearby. The Buffet style breakfast provided (with a very limited selection) could have been a bit better though. Especially on the day of our departure at 06:30 am in the morning, the restaurant was serving breakfast but it wasn't buffet style, instead Japanese Obento box meal was served with Rice, Veggies, piece of Fish etc which was obviously also cold. (That would have been okay for lunch perhaps!) Most overseas guests, including us gave it a miss. The Restaurant is also quite small in capacity and guests are permitted in batches of about 25 people at a time, to sit down for breakfast. So if you are late, you have to join the queue and wait patiently or give it a miss if you are in a hurry to depart somewhere. As such, on this issue, there is certainly room for improvement for the hotel. But apart from this, Ilfiore is a beautiful, comfortable hotel in Tokyo as mentioned. The staff are also very polite, courteous & helpful. Il fiore means -- the Flower! Well, we were fortunate to witness some the Cherry Blossom during our stay in Japan!
