Such an incredible and unique stay - will definitely be coming back! From the food to the rooms to the pools to the property it was all 10/10. The day trips and hikes were incredibly unique as well. This place was northing short of Amazing, truly top tier, the best of the best. I haven't stayed in a better hotel/resort so far in all of my travels. From the top-notch service to the top-notch accommodations, I have zero complaints. I look forward to returning

This was the best 5 star hotel experience we have ever had. The level of service that we had experienced from every employee was unparalleled. The Jacaranda lounge, breakfast and pool was private and quiet. The personal concierge (aka GEPA) took care of our every request with speed and care. The house attendants turned our room over a couple times and made sure we had extra waters by our bedside. No detail was spared. The hotel property is speculated. The welcome service and check in process was specialized and easy. We booked the Above the Cloud experience through the hotel, where we had a lovely sunrise breakfast at the Pico Areeiro and that was a great way to start the 6 mile hike. They helped coordinate our pickup transfer to return to the hotel. Afterwards, we used the pool, the spa and the gym. All great amenities with high end gym equipment and recovery/relaxation options (sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, cold shower, etc). We hope to be back soon! Thank you!

Hands down the best service we have ever experience md at a resort and we travel the world to the top destinations and stay in top hotels everywhere we go. Always fine hotels on American Express. It’s a beautiful island and super cool resort where even though you are in a big hotel, because of the design of the reserve and the private entrance, elevators, etc, you feel like you are in a boutique resort. Enjoy! Mariana is the best. So sweet and helpful and responsive. They have a great team to assist every need you have. The rolls Royce is a cool touch, the runway pickup from the staff, and the bench in the elevator! First times for many things at the reserve.

We recently stayed at The Reserve and were thoroughly impressed. The suite with a fantastic sea view was breathtaking and impeccably clean. The staff provided exceptional service, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. However, a significant downside was that my son was not allowed in the pool within the spa area, which was disappointing and hard to understand. Despite this, our overall experience was wonderful, and I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and beautiful accommodations.

Our Guest Experience Personal Assistant Mariana made a great job from welcoming to providing great recommendations and helping arranging our daily plans and bookings. Very professional, extremely responsive and most important of all always with positive attitude. Hotel has many facilities and rooms are very well with super comfortable beds and pillow options. Highly recommended for anyone planning to travel to Madeira.
