The hotel is in a good location and the sea view room which we reserved had a nice view of ocean. But, I need to mention that this hotel is not a 4 star hotel. The whole building is old and they kept it in an old fashion way. The bath is not good, they don't offer even water in daily service and neither tea. (which is expected from a four star hotel) The elevator is old and always full, really not suitable for an eleven floor building.

Breakfast was to poor, everyday the same food… no nutela, only srcambled eggs, bacon, toast… one choice of chees and salama only, for 4 star hotel i expect better food… fridge not working.. Personal staff are frendly

Hotel clean and tidy.. good breakfast with hot and cold options..very well located in the Lido area. Room is clean and tidy, bed very confy. The room has a fridge for hot and cold drinks. The hotel has a very nice swimming pool to see the sunset. The hotel is located at walk ig distante to formosa beach.

Close to the ocean and Lido pool, many restaurants nearby. The rooms are old, need renovation.

Everything has gone perfect. Very happy with the hotel and looking forward to repeating again. See you soon Madeira

An old hotel, overall it's ok for a couple of nights, the pool is questionable

Skvělý hotel pro dlouhodobý pobyt. Mimo centrum, ale v docházkové vzdálenosti. Před hotelem zastávka busu, supermarket. V okolí plno restaurací a obchodů, na veřejnou pláž 5 min. pěšky. Jediná nevýhoda - neměnící se nabídka při snídani.

Excellent hotel, the accommodations are super spacious and very comfortable! offers a full spa, outdoor pool, in addition to being very beautiful, elegant and sophisticated. The cleaning chapter still needs work, but other than that I was satisfied.

After entering the hotel, we were greeted by an unpleasant smell in the hall. At the beginning of our arrival, a lady from the hotel staff took our passports from us and photocopied them without asking for permission. Upon my request not to do so, she stated that she did not have time to write down the passport. Wi-Fi on the floor where we got the room did not work. The staff found that their floor was working. The whole hotel's glory years are long behind it. The bedding was clean and the towels changed regularly. Despite this, I do not recommend staying in this hotel, it has little in common with a 4-star hotel, the service is not very nice.

The Wi-Fi is horrible. Fair parking, as there are 10 cars there are no more places. Pool towels paid, the terraces need to be finished, they are still from the concrete work. That if, very comfortable bed, good views and very attentive staff. It does not have four stars, it can go through one of three.
