Фантастический отель в самом центре Фуншала! Номер превзошёл все ожидания. В реальности он лучше, чем на фото. В номере было всё необходимое (даже оборудованная кухня). Очень чисто, просто идеальная чистота и уборка. Приветливые и отзывчивые сотрудники. Однозначно рекомендую эти апартаменты. Я бы однозначно остановился в Apartamentos Turisticos Atlantida в следующий приезд на Мадейру (очень хочу верить, что рано или поздно приеду на чудный остров снова).

Purtroppo sono stati molto indisponenti: abbiamo soggiornato per necessità visto che siamo rimasti bloccati a Funchal causa mal tempo. Non sapevamo quando sarebbbero partiti i prossimi voli perciò abbiamo prenotato 2 notti. Fortunatamente ci è arrivato un messaggio che saremmo ripartiti dopo la prima notte, perciò abbiamo chiesto gentilmente di ridarci indietro la somma della seconda notte visto che non avremmo usufruito della camera. La loro risposta secca è stata quella di contattare Booking. Dopo che Booking ci ha dato l’okay ci ha chiesto di contattare la struttura, perché serviva un’okay da entrambe le parti. Morale della favola: l’Atlantida ci ha detto che non ci avrebbero ridato la somma della seconda notte indietro. Professionalità e umanità 0!!!! Siamo veramente delusi, soprattutto perché abbiamo speso una somma stratosferica anche perché ritornare in Italia.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento in posizione super centrale, vicino a bar/ristoranti/supermercato e subito accessibile alla tangenziale per andare nei vari luoghi dell'Isola Punteggio alto per la presenza del parcheggio sotterraneo presente nella struttura a €7.50 al giorno, super comodo (anche perchè trovare parcheggio a Funchal è difficile) Staff gentilissimo e super disponibile sempre attivo Super positiva la pulizia della stanza Complimenti!

Hôtel très bien situé dans le centre de Funchal. Belle chambre. Personnel sympathique. Petit bémol : A notre retour en France, nous avons constaté qu'un bijou nous avait été dérobé probablement lors du ménage. Ce bracelet était dans notre valise à notre arrivée à l'hôtel, il n'y était plus à notre retour en France.... trop tard ! Donc, fermez bien vos valises à clé dans la chambre.

Excellent location! Close to town.(in the evening a 2 minute stroll took us to the Bar in the Municipal Gardens - which is gorgeous!). Private, everything you needed. The cooking facilities were compact, but allowed us to buy new fruits and veg and fish at the main market and experiment. Close by are a lot of good restaurants for when we ate out. Lovely view inland. Balcony for sitting and eating...or drinking! Staff very helpful. Only minor quibble is that they don't defrost their fridges! Would happily stay there again.

Staff simpático e muito prestável. Localização excelente! Perto do centro, de vários restaurantes, com supermercado e shopping a 2min a pé. Zona muito calma, mesmo próximo do jardim. Local limpo e asseado, calmo e ideal para quem quer relaxar! Voltaremos ✌️

These apartments are in a great location near the sea front, the old town and a shopping centre with a large supermarket. They are a little dated but are spacious, comfortable and clean. Plenty of hot water and a decent shower. We didn’t self cater but the facilities seemed adequate - a 2 ring hob, microwave and plug in oven. Lost a star as they charge for a safe which I believe in this day and age should be included as standard. After all there is no extra cost to them. At the moment there are renovation works taking place at the rear of the apartments so I would suggest you ask for a room at the front (even numbers) or on the upper floors where you might be able to hear but cannot see the workmen.

We had a 3 bedroom apartment which we had booked for a trip, but Covid struck. The owners kept extending the validity of our booking and deposit and we finally visited 3 years after planned! The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was great, and the apartment was ideal as a base for our walking holiday. Well-cleaned and fresh towels etc whenever we wanted.
