The worst experience in a hotel. Unhelpful, includes a mini kitchen but they don't clean the plates or pans (which are of poor quality, the food was stuck). Separate beds, we asked for them to be put together and they didn't, and they also told us they don't have double beds (a lie), no slippers, a 4 star hotel that should be 2.0 facilities and to top it off they don't know Spanish, if you don't understand Portuguese it's your problem. They didn't replace toilet paper, there was no shower mat. In the restaurant we had to return 1 plate (hard as a rock) and a mojito because it wasn't drinkable. The worst experience, my advice is to run away before they rip you off. It's a shame, but with the offer they have, they are in danger of disappearing. The jacuzzi closes at 5:45 p.m., from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. they don't serve you anything in the bar or restaurant. In addition, they were doing construction work throughout the hotel (very annoying), I suppose high season seemed like the best option. The service was the worst, we felt disrespected by the staff. We will never return.
