Great location, nice view from the balcony, spacious rooms, kitchen and everything you need. Judging by the looks of it, would definitely go back.

The hotel is well located, right opposite a forum where you can do your shopping as well as eat.
The staff are very friendly, super pleasant, the breakfast is quite expensive, €15 per person but very good, the landscape is just extraordinary

This review is about hotel restaurant waiters. Every dinner we were served with the utmost respect, reverence and joy. We would like to say a big thank you to these people who looked after us all week. Because they managed to put a smile on our faces every night. They are people who do their work with joy and love, which they pass on to others.

The worst experience in a hotel. Unhelpful, includes a mini kitchen but they don't clean the plates or pans (which are of poor quality, the food was stuck). Separate beds, we asked for them to be put together and they didn't, and they also told us they don't have double beds (a lie), no slippers, a 4 star hotel that should be 2.0 facilities and to top it off they don't know Spanish, if you don't understand Portuguese it's your problem. They didn't replace toilet paper, there was no shower mat. In the restaurant we had to return 1 plate (hard as a rock) and a mojito because it wasn't drinkable. The worst experience, my advice is to run away before they rip you off. It's a shame, but with the offer they have, they are in danger of disappearing. The jacuzzi closes at 5:45 p.m., from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. they don't serve you anything in the bar or restaurant. In addition, they were doing construction work throughout the hotel (very annoying), I suppose high season seemed like the best option. The service was the worst, we felt disrespected by the staff. We will never return.

A special mention goes to the sparkling wine and excellent fruits offered at breakfast, which added a touch of luxury to our mornings. #### Pool Area and Seawater Pools The hotel's pool area is relatively small, but this is compensated by the paid seawater pools located below the hotel. The seawater pools provide a great opportunity to relax and enjoy the sun, making the days enjoyable for beach lovers. #### Summary Hotel Duas Torres is an excellent choice in Madeira, offering great conditions for a relaxing holiday. The rooms, service, breakfast, and views make for a memorable stay, and the seawater pools provide an extra touch of relaxation. Highly recommended!

I had prepaid reservation for five nights based on traveler reviews. However; when I showed up, I was informed that I should instead proceed to a different hotel that they had picked. The only information I got was that the hotel was full and they were expecting me at the other hotel. I have several problems with the way this handled. First the hotel clearly knew they were moving me to a different hotel before I arrived but made no attempt to let me know in advance. Secondly, they did not give me an option to get a refund and let me choose hotel to my liking. Finally, there was apology offered or any other consideration provided. I am staying away from Duas Torres
