Struttura molto ampia, con 3 piscine esterne e una interna. 3 ristoranti e due bar. Servizi molto efficienti e staff molto cordiale. Gli arredamenti sono un po' vetusti e non in perfetto stato. Colazione molto varia e buona.

The hotel was beautiful, staff were lovely and very helpful, Funchal is a lovely place although it is a bit hilly,but above all a superb holiday. The cable car was a lovely experience, the views were absolutely beautiful,and the toboggan ride back down was hilarious,definitely worth a go.

Exterieur sympa ,endroit calme ,chambre spacieuse un peu viellotte, salle de bains à rénover .propreté correct. Formule demi pension qualité de la nourriture à revoir. Boissons prix élevés bien situé pour visiter Madère .Personnels au top.

“Très bon séjour ! Accueil chaleureux et personnel toujours disponible. La chambre était propre, confortable, et bien équipée. Emplacement parfait pour explorer la ville, avec tout à proximité. Petit déjeuner varié et délicieux, idéal pour bien commencer la journée. Le wifi était rapide, ce qui est pratique pour le travail.

We arrived at hotel very disappointed as looked dark tired & old fashioned. The room was even more disappointing, Dark, Dingy, Tired. Would definitely not come back & not recommend. The gardens were nice & pool quite nice. Staff ok not overly friendly. Did not eat at hotel.

Lovely hotel if a little dated. Room very comfortable and roomy, no air conditioning but fan above the bed quiet and effective. Lovely views over gardens and hills in the distance.. Pools lovely and very well looked after loads of sun beds so no rushing down at dawn. Buffet not really our scene but the 2 A La Carte restaurants were very good just book in advance. Staff truly the best ever. Claudia was so nice and very helpful we loved her to bits. Other staff who also went 100% to help us, Farah, Lucilia and and Nelio all very professional. Would we come again....YES.

Hotel très bien situé, piscine, sauna, jacuzzi et salle finess. Mention particulière pour la demi pension : restaurants ou buffet. Nous avons testé les restaurant Adega ( madere) et Méditerranéen. Cuisine savoureuse et service impeccable! Les serveurs sont très sympathiques et parlent plusieurs langues.
